I wasn't intrested in this game at 1st but after watching your review. I have a change of mind I'm more excited about this game than drunkn bar fights now. Lol
I don't have a Quest....yet, but I'm all about Catch and Release on PSVR. No meters or arrows, just immersive fishing based on brilliant use of haptics and sound. It just feels so natural. I actually find myself involuntarily tensing up muscles as though I'm really reeling in a fish. Great review though.

It's harder than Bait. Graphics are amazing! I didn't know that fireworks were part of the show. The game is so relaxing, until I lost several fishes!😂😂🥵 I wish they would have kept the VR Hiking app.😔 That is the game I wanted the most along with the Climb.

They definitely need to update,for instance it would be nice to fish from anywhere in the boat not just stuck to one side. That probably goes for the fish too,appearing all over rather than on just one side.

This game is amazing it looks outstanding and plays really well im hooked...One gripe ive got that doesnt look like they have a float option or have they...dont understand that they have casting rods which i can seem to pick but no floats...maybe this will be a update...or have they let me know 👍👍

Hi Matt - I have a question and I'm hoping you can answer it with regards to this game - I'm in fresh water mode and need to know how to catch the RED fish. I have bought new bait and upgraded my fishing rod to a better spinning wheel rod which has longer distance casting and is stronger. But for some reason, I can't snag any of the RED fish. Any hints?
@@trickxus5323 oh so your 30 is less than ours. In that case its probably worth it. I mean what is that an hours pay or two tops. Even though it has like 15 places or whatever he said, producing a vr game is a lot more intensive than regular games I imagine, so I'd just go for it if I were you dont let 10 dollars hold you back. Plus you could just return it as long as you play less than 2 hours to the quest store so your risking nothing by trying
Why is it that most VR reviews never touch on microtrandactions information????? Hate it when I purchase a game and there's a bunch of content hidden behind pay walls
The only microtransaction this game has is the DLC of West America. Everything in the game is bought by in game money, you earned money at the start by releasing or keeping one gives money to buy equipment or experience points to get you to level 20.

@@BMFVR before I saw your video I was telling everyone to buy this game because it looks like there was 100s of locations to unlock. So descriptive showing a world map but only having a tiny part of the world to actually fish at if you ask me.
The devs are currently working on adding 5 saltwater fishing locations and the fish that are going to be added are going to be amazing and beautiful...and larger! Plus, I believe they are in fact going to open locations in different parts of the world in the future. What they are creating takes time...They have been working on this title for over two years already. The devs are a really awesome team and are very appreciative of the RVF community :) They intend to keep the updates and new content coming.

Yep, and then you use GPS to find fish, which is a lot more realistic and immersive.
