Wowsers that is a great rebuild.Think you should get in touch and tell them about all the prblems they will sort it all out.The air con dont vibrate or hum like that .All shiuld be waranty fixes.All the best
Hi Ben, that aircon is definitely not right, it should be pretty quiet.
Paint the units an off white to just take the glare off but still nice n light.
It looks brilliant !.
All those fans/heaters are like that but by all means make enquiries
Hi Ben, great to see the Talbot Express all fixed up. But yes that fan is super noisey. Get back on the blower and give them hell. You waited long enough for the refurbishment then they break the fan while fitting it?. Cowboys if you ask me. Professionals would never let that off the shop floor, I mean where was their quality control?.
Hej Ben, If I look at the pictures of the roof framing, I think the structure is just not up to carrying a heavy hvac like that :-(

ceiling looks good bathroom looks good a little bit of cosmetic stuff ready for the road friend of mine has an ac unit in his trailer it is nosy it has a few ducts .... we got 2 in ours ac units one is ducted the one in the bedroom is not ducted its noisier... they make some noise hard to tell with a video with the audio not like being there ??? but like they say if you want a continues job get a trailer or motor home you will always have something to do

You should rub the paint off and leave it like the worktop.
Now you can go the the hill with CB radio in it.
Its worth stripping the paint off, that wood is really nice😎
Not being negative but I'm concerned that when you got it fully loaded with a weeks supplies and 3/4 people.on board how will that little 2L 80 hp cope? Busy roundabouts will be interesting 😮
I’m used to driving slow things, tractors with heavy trailers, slow cars etc… it’ll be fine. Have no said that, it is extremely slow but climbs hills like stink.
I tow a 750kg trailer with mine. The answer is drive to a calendar or a sundial not a stopwatch. If you need to do racing starts from the lights this is not the vehicle of choice. But drive with confidence and indicate as you go.

The sills bumper wing and sliding door need rust work and welding. Spoke to a few people who either laugh at us or just say not worth it. Will cost thousands to do. Getting a local guy round this week to look. We have someone who can make all the parts. So not sure on budget yet. But seeing that you bought and renovated yours then I think it has to be done. Our van is lovely inside. There are some bits like the water tank is leaking and lights need a new fuse. Xxx

That air con should be as quiet as a summer breeze.Something is wrong…something is terribly wrong.
Must of cost a pretty penny mate get that engine out and put a Renault f9q or something like that
way too much to strip for me.
