    Awesome .. I've been looking at these online for ages and haven't committed as i'd not seen anyone actually riding one local or online -- It looks great on an actual trail .. was that the 'graveyard' section of The Wall in Afan??? i think i will pull the trigger and get it now!!! I can't do any of that jumpy stuff but it looks fun and i love the design !!

      Alessandro Righetti I’m thinking about buying one. How has the bike treated you ?

      @@cberg9480 very good only that fork travel is quite short so if you ride hard this isnt for it i like it but it is too specific so do what it is made for it is not that bike you have that you use for every thing so it is not a good for starting up i prefer my canyon torque 8.0 that is a nice bike

      Alessandro Righetti I live in the Northeast and want a bike for the winter, but want a little more than a stiff fat bike. Thanks for the info.

    I'm the same as Robert. Been looking at these online for ages. Found myself very reluctant to bite the bullet because it's comu g from China & I'm a bit concerned about warranty issues. How have you found it? How was the build quality/finish on the frame?

    • @DickingAboutTV
      @DickingAboutTV  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Greg, i got mine second hand and I've replaced the bearings and also the rear swing arm because I'd not put enough air in the shock and it hit the frame. It wasn't under warranty because I wasn't the original owner but they did send me a new part pretty quickly. I'm kind of the opinion that there are good and bad carbon frames from all manufacturers.. I would by one again which i guess is the real test... best of luck!

    hiya buddy, I'm thinking of buying one of these frames to replace my HT fat frame, I want to use my RaceFace Turbine Crankset which is the 190mm version, will it fit this frame? My old frame uses a 100mm BB, I see that the SN04 frame uses a 120mm BB so not sure if my RF Crankset will fit? Cheers!

      Hiya, thanks for the note - I’m not 100% sure if the face face will fit but drop Perry (or any of the team at Ican) a note via WhatsApp or email (perry@icancycling.com) and they’ll let you know. They are really helpful 👍

    Hey great video.
    I have been eyeing up this bike for a while now. Can yo tell me what is the biggest tire you can fit on the rear?

    • @DickingAboutTV
      @DickingAboutTV  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hiya, i got the Jumbo Jim 4.8 on the back but i ride with the JJ 4.4 at the moment

    • @haisss1
      @haisss1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      you dont need to go larger than 4 inch tires for all bike ride experience, go bigger only if you are around snow or sand. also, the fatter the tire, the easier the puncture.

    • @djgolf3256
      @djgolf3256 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@haisss1 I went 4.8 on mine but I do live in Canada lol

      @OVER-bENGINEERED ปีที่แล้ว

      4.8” ONLY on the medium and large frames. 4.0 on the small 16” frame.

    There is no replacement derailleur hanger for that bike. The one on this Chinese website is the wrong one. Once the hanger goes, the frame is worthless.
