Reimburseing a person is paying back the money you borrowed, and it is not "taxable."

If it's incorrectly reported as payment for legal fees then this would force Cohen to report it as income on which he would have to pay taxes. This means that before he went to prison he may have had to report an amended tax statement for that year where it no longer appeared as income but the second half of it would be income. He (Cohen) likely would have obtained a reimbursement.

The whole notion that they are against the constitution or are traitors to it, they aren't, they believe in it wholeheartedly and want it to be the law of the land in every state, district, county, town, city, every inch, they just don't consider the amendments to be a part of it and they will continue gutting them until they are gone, in the dustbin of history, ofc the 2nd amendment they will save for last to give you the ILLUSION that you can rise up against a tyrannical government but even in that notice what they rule to be allowed, handguns, shotguns, rifles and all the ammo for them, outdated tanks, helicopters, jets etc coz they know IF our military is ordered to take you out, get ready, set, run to your gun, load it, get in position and stand your ground, sing the anthem, say a prayer, in reality ofc you were gone at gun coz the truth of the matter is, unless you have our military at your command, you can't "rise up against a tyrannical government". This election season YOU have to vote for a president, house and senate with the thought that for how long will the next supreme court justices rule your life, which candidate will put thoughtful, just, fair justices on the court instead of more of these extreme, whitepower rules, originalist, insurrection aiding and supporting, anti-democracy ones.

Congress has the authority to criminalize behavior. Pass legislation to make "gifts" to sitting federal judges (or their family members) a crime, with a stiff 10-15 year sentence (with a mandatory minimum). Same for judges...make it a crime for a sitting federal judge to accept a "gift"...either to themselves or to a family member. Judges can't rule on cases from a jail cell. These steps don't require a constitutional amendment...get it done!!!
Those rules are in place, it's getting the proof and then charging them with a judge that will see it until the end..... the ones that are bought won't convict anyone 🥺🤤😭🤬😠😭
