@@egregiousblunder5395I doubt he’s blasting much of anything like he used to. He’s had the tissue before and been significantly bigger, he’s just training and eating around maintenance. I think he said he started adding a little more in recently for the first time in a few years
@egregiousblunder5395 that's still actually very modest... he says in his lives he goes to a rejuvenation clinic. So he's prob doin a lil more than TRT for test like u said, and 2-3 iu pharm grade gh
@@pgbb3597 I do the same thing. My clinic allows up to 400mg's a week. But the GH is just wicked expensive so I never use it. It's nice to be able to cruise on 150, then blast up to 2-400 once or twice a year.
This is so awesome having all you guys together, Seth is an awesome addition, all the guys together that inspired me to change my life and be a better person, better dad, and to set and chase my goals. I don't do the fan boy thing because we're all just people but i have a huge respect for you guys that can achieve what you guys have and stay good people. Nothing but appreciation from me and my son.
Those colabs with RP are so great and Mike may be pure science approach and you more "bros approach" but you guys have such a great chemistry. Have a nice day/life :)

That Atlantis incline is no joke man, we have the older model at my gym and it will humble you in a hurry. The boys make it look way easier than it is 😂

The duct tape is for doing squats for those with poor shoulder mobility. They can grab the tape to stabilize the bar similiar to the handles on a safety squat bar.
All legit. But I always notice Samson moves his head too much when he's traning. Needs to focus on a neutral zone in front of him. He's gonna pull his neck or back, looking side to side like that while pressing. Love the guy, so this is constructive criticism.

Can someone explain the reason for the tape on the Smith machine?
Better wrist mobility when squatting, basically hold the tape instead of the bar. Brett Wilkin does this with straps
