Depending on how much experience you have, I would use working for someone else as a chance to not have to advertise to get business but still get a lot of repetition and experience every day until I was confident I was better than the people I was working with and then I would go start on my own.
The local place here also sells truck accessories and camping equipment, we’ve got a population over 50,000 and lots of smaller towns nearby, my understanding they’ve been doing before the 🦠
