In your example only one record is showing.

This is a great feature, I hope there's a function where we can only limit updating the record once or twice for dynamic emails with a form view.

I think it still has many limitations like dependant drop down or refn data can't be shown
Without which it's very difficult to use this feature

Dependent drop downs with data from a reference do work in Dynamic Emails.
For example, if you have 2 tables, Dept and Emp, and you set up an Automation to send an email when a new 'Emp' record is added, a Dynamic Email can be set up to send the Emp_Detail System View in the email.
You'll need enable the Quick Edit option for the Dept column reference to the Dept table though.
Note: Ref column type support was added last week but we still don't support EnumList / Enum with base type Ref.
