@@tammyandersonart I personally feel they are a step up composition-wise.I have been ribbon "dribbling for a while and it never gets old . You should give yourself permission to go to the next step and just dribble some colors over your ribbons and see how you like that. I know it might sound risky but invariably I love the weird randomness of those colorful dribbles and the added interest they create. Anything that brings the fun!!
Awww ty beautiful 😍 I know but at this rate it will take me another year. New subs has been brutal for the last year. I know it's not just me either. We all deserve that award especially you❤
Thanks so much for sharing the information on pigment paint. I really like the people who talk thru their painting instead of playing music. I always learn something new or find out more about the person painting. I like to see their face from time to time too.
I know I really need to start getting on camera more. You know what my issue is? I'm constantly rushing to get my videos done because my life is very busy with my grandson and kids and I barely have time to get dressed let alone throw on makeup for camera lol I do however need to say hi more often😘❤
TOA= Teacher of AWESOMENESS Beautiful gorgeous colors!! This piece turned out great. I like how the ribbons add so much dimension to a simple ring pour.
This is the best how to tutorial! Thank you for sharing. I have some ColourArt Pigments that I’ve had for a while and have been hesitant to use them. Now I’m excited to try them out. 💕💕💕
OH & the new merch' added to comment section is also a great idea and treat! Well, done! so PRETTY & Creative! As often appreciate your trail blazing! THNAX AGIN
Omg! I'm blind!😱😵 That sparkle is so beautiful!😍 What a beautiful ring/ribbon pour Tammy. Thanks for the video and for a great learning session. You're the BEST teacher.🥰
So grateful for your knowledge and showing us how to do this correctly. It's a beautiful picture. Just love it a d yes it looks like a winter painting.
You offer such valuable technique explanations. The reasons "Why" you do things helps me remember when it comes to the time to apply the skills. I can not wait to make my splurge to buy the whole primarily elements/prizm pour line. I saw one today that was about 36X30 and was resinned. OMG !!!! I have not seen one live. Your video is awesome and the painting is beautiful !!
I really learning a lot about mixing and recipes from this video. My interest is in using Arteza Micas since I have this 62 1/2 oz bottle set. Sometimes I just forget I'm not cooking -- something I've done for decades -- when I'm painting. LoL It was fun, but I need to have more productive fun! LoL I can't improvise with ingredients in painting. Painting is more like baking; requires a certain precision. I need to call their customer service for help. I would, though, appreciate any tips or tricks advice about using this product as an acrylic liquid paint in pourings. I'm trying to keep costs down. Thank you for all you do for the Pouring community! I used the Micas a few weeks ago mixed with my DIY P.M. of Elmer's Glue-All and Floetrol, but didn't add Gel Medium. So, result was a dull and very tempera-type experience. I used craft paints and didn't follow the rule of chemical balance you discussed in this video (all colors must receive some portion of the additives used in every other color -- including a dollop of P.M.) It was an experiment and I had fun, but realized I needed to do more research b4 trying again.
Sweet Tammy....you are so wonderful at explaining how to mix PM, pigments and acrylic paint into the mix and so God gifted you are and so patient and talented in your beautiful artwork...May God bless you this Christmas with good health and have a wonderful time with family ....Merry Christmas....Love Gramma Donna
I can't thank you enough, Tammy, for this tutorial! You did a fantastic job explaining the difference between Primary Elements' "pigments" vs. micas and how to mix them! Great instruction!
Hi Tammy I hope you are good 😌 I was wondering if you could show me in the right direction!! I greatly appreciate your doing this! Thank you, love my new pigments however had been challenged by the heaviness. the matching chemistry is also quite helpful. also makes sense I also didn't think I could put water in pigments due to the mica in the pigment! quite informative! greatly appreciated, i am now completely inspired and reinvigorated to play even more with the new pigments! i had waited to get the pigment& when I got them, I wasn't disappointed by the colors, just completely challenged how to bring my best to the colors! THANK YOU AGAIN
