Hey Coach Reppel-- My spine blatantly loved doing your "Supine 90-90 > Alt. T-Spine Sweep". So much so, that each vertebrae said THANK YOU-- that's 33 times for me! Side note: Rain is forecasted this week and I'm gonna sprint in it! I think you'd do, and have , done the same! Bastante gracias! 🤸
