@@obi-wankenobi7609 If you haven't found it by now, you basically remove the upper fin with the latch on the right of the fin, remove those 2 screws and the little panel, then basically lift the front up and towards you from the upper half of the unit. The lower half of the unit is pegged in the back of the unit. The "trick" is to remove the upper fin so you can easily lift the front up and over towards you.
Is this the MFZ-KJ? I wanted to install one in my basement, but the operation manual makes no reference of condensate. Is a condensate pump built in or do you need to supply?
