Its very contradictory. Im wondering why someone thinking about a tatoo before getting it is such a threat to you.
I didn't realize the hair would turn white too, but I guess if you have a pigment blasting laser it'll blast payment whether it's in skin or hair. Interesting.

I'm going to presume that you're talking about the Coloration aspect of it. Because a nasty Scar will remain there for as long as you live! There is absolutely Zero chance of that Not happening!

Laser tattoo removal is literally burning away the epidermis layer of skin while also applying a 3rd degree burn to the dermis layer. The 3rd degree burn on the dermis layer is what (overtime) is supposed to remove the ink (theoretically speaking). In essence once applying the 3rd degree burn the ink raises out of the skin along with the skin cells that are burnt-out and are released from the cells that are still living. Overtime the ink is removed from the body because when the laser burns your dermis layer that holds the ink - they're both able to separate from the body with the epidermis layer already being completely burnt off. EDIT: My little sister graduated from an advanced esthetics school and is now running her own advanced esthetics office. I'm able to get removal sessions for free myself. Her having the clinic works hand in hand for the both of us considering I'm a tattoo artist myself. She gets clients when referred by me while I also get a kickback from referring clients to her.
I feel like if your super rich this would be good not for regrets but if you want a new design every couple years. I wonder if removing and getting new tatoos could have some bad health side effects?
Many people get tattoos at a young age without thinking ahead & regrets it later bc they can't get hired bc the tattoos can't be covered, such as the face. I worked nursing 32 years & seen many who went through nursing school but bc their face had tattoos, they weren't hired. It's a businesses choice that's legal. It's certainly not like a piercing that will heal.
