GREAT variety at Crewe!!! FIFTEEN different loco classes!!, 17th April 2024

I went to Crewe to see 34046 Braunton, with The White Rose railtour from Hereford to York D1925 & 57311 brought the tour in and the steam loco took it out and onto York.
Along with the tour, there was also a great variety of loco classes to be seen. Some passing through and some stabled at the Diesel Depot and The Heritage Centre.
Fifteen different classes can be seen, although a couple ,only just!!

What a brilliant day you had at Crewe, not too often you can see this much variety on one day. I think that barrier wagon move was the pick of the day, apart from the kettle of course

Thanks, yes it was a good day. Agreed, apart from the kettle, the barrier wagon move was the best. It would have been even better if the 20s had been at the front and powering it

Great action at Crewe. 5:00 66067 must have swapped 032 at Trafford Park Euro Terminal and plus, I caught 66067 on 4L56 at Grays (Essex). Thanks for sharing sir and stay safe
