Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is based on Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy, released for PlayStation Portable, but is instead be a reboot rather than a continuation of the previous Dissidia games' storyline. Cosmos and Chaos are no longer part of the game, as the arcade version is stripped of story. The initial release of the game was exclusive to Japanese arcades, and thus it is more battle-oriented than RPG-oriented unlike the previous Dissidia games, losing customizability to attacks and gear.

We need another Dissidia game. Only it needs to play like 012 Duodecim. And we need Clive and his team from 16 to be in it. NT was okay but the handling of the content and the gameplay were lacking. Severely compared to past games.

I feel like Sephiroth never really wanted to be a bad guy. I feel like he finds all this fighting petty and a waste of time. He doesn't ever really instigate or try to start trouble just retaliates when someone tries to stop him. As for this Dissidia thing...not my jam...a bit (alot) too whimsical for me. Kefka is perfect for this sort of whimsy but it's a bit too fast paced and over the top for my taste.
