I moved from Canada to Italy to a city I have never been to.
I just had to do it.
Like Andreas said, I had that voice inside telling me to go, just go!
I sold everything and moved with my husband and daughter,
2 suitcases each and a little bit of money in our wallets.
I don't speak the language, non of us do, it was so hard, doubt and fear were my constant companions. That didn't make it any easier and it was a struggle to keep positive. The affirmation seemed so pointless but I did and I am still doing them . Everything is working out, step by step! It's quite magical.
It's the scariest thing I have done in a long time, but I know in my heart it's all going to work out.
Now 5 months later, we found a wonderful little apartment, we are decorating it, we have made some friends and are preparing to start our businesses.
Ideas are coming to me and I am following my passion.
Thank you for the inspiration and I will keep this video in my favourite file, for the days when I'm fighting of my uninvited companions.

That’s funny, this “billionaire” stole a lot of money with his project in Phuket Grand Himalai. Many people are trying to get back their menu but this man simply left the country. Very easy to become rich when you steal that much money.

Hey Mikey, the title of this video is a little “clickbatey”. What Andreas maybe didn’t tell you is that his net worth is approximately 2 billion Thai Baht (that is not cash by the way). That amounts to around 62 million USD. Although, it is substantial, it is nothing compared to the likes of Grant Cardone (also a major real estate investor), and many other American investors. Also, I’m sorry to say that I found the interview lacking. You really didn’t get into the nitty gritty on how he became worth what he claims. I had to look up the info online. In general you do a great job, but please ‘dig’ a bit deeper in your future interviews of a similar nature. Thanks again for your great work...🙏

Yes, Cardone is an ex-car salesman and he make no apology for it, and he markets his business courses to death (generally b2b)..... also, he does not claim to be a ‘Billionaire’, just a mere ‘hector millionaire’ last time I looked (he may have upgraded since)...... however, for you to claim he is a ‘marketer at best’ is way off the mark. He has amassed a property portfolio stretching back over 30 years.... he has seen several real estate boom & busts during that time.... he has made millions of $ from property that he has sold property at the optimum time to make millions of $ in profit. Yes, his main business is holding on to property to rent out, and yes he uses other people’s money to buy his rental properties (what you call leveraging.... what most people call a mortgage.... everyone is “leveraged”). I doubt you are even a millionaire (at best.... in your own words), so why are you so quick to knock success that has been gained from the bottom up.... not inherited? If you ever want to make the “big bucks” in this world, you will have to leverage or steal. You will never save enough money in this life to join the “big player’ league..... time is short. If you don’t like Cardone, study Robert K (Rich Dad Poor Dad), who does exactly the same thing as Cardone.... same methodology 🤔
