Welcome back to another John Farnham reaction! Many of you wanted to see us react to John singing the AC/DC Song, It’s a long way to the top. So we are here to deliver! I’m trying to react to what y’all suggest as often as I can. Thank you for being patient. You guys have some of the most Amazing recommendations! Thank you again! 💩🖤
One of the best nights of my life - To call this night magical is a complete understatement. This was the 2nd last number for the night, followed by "Help", my whole body was buzzing for the next couple of days. Everyone out in the carpark was singing either this, or Help, and it was bloody awesome lol. There were peaple of all ages at this concert. I feel so privileged to have been witness to musical greatness - John is a once in a lifetime phenomenon ❤
Wow you are so lucky to have been at such an amazing concert! I’m sorry I’ll never get to see him live but I’m glad I at least have a front row seat at my screen and can watch all his amazing concerts from home, this many years later 😊❤️
@@ToniaElkins Yeah, it's a great thing that video had improved enough by the 80s to make most of the concerts ok to watch. The recordings from the 60s n 70s of Johns aren't much chop im afraid. Some of his old stuff is still worth a listen, it just comes with crappy footage. Us Aussies really enjoy seeing you guys discover and appreciate our artists, so a big thank you girls
@@roslynjonsson2383 A big thank you to y’all for accepting us for who we are and liking our videos! I’m LOVING discovering musicians that we never knew! 🥰
I was at this concert (yeah, I'm that old). John always over-delivers, but this was next level. I was on an endorphin high for the next week. Thank you for the adorable Mum/daughter interactions. ☺️
Now that's a party right there!! What do you do when you have one of the best bands in the world, and the best singer in the world?? You add a full orchestra!! Thanks again for spreading this great music across the world. G'day!
@@ToniaElkins - a second bite of the cherry - this is a rare one of John singing with his back up group all being guitars with Angus Birchall on drum kit and John playing an acoustic guitar for the first time as part of his act. His vocals on this one are amazing and you hear his voice when he is bantering with the compare of the show “Hey Hey, It’s Saturday”. th-cam.com/video/noi07oNdhHk/w-d-xo.html
He's one of the Top Notch Singers of the 80's Do "Break The Ice" - John Farnham (Rad Intro Theme) "With You" (Love Theme from Rad) - John Farnham "Thunder In Your Heart" - John Farnham (Rad Outro Theme)
Great song and performance, thanks for reacting to Farnsey. Can you please react to John Farnham “burn for you” live acoustic it’s a ballad about him being away from his wife on tour and one of my favourite songs.
John can basically sing the phone book to me. I watched him singing last when he was 69 or 70. His high notes are still great. Listen to his sound check and warm up song. He never recorded but I think it was the sound guy who did. So you will only see a picture of John singing Led Zeppelin’s Black Dog. He does make any song his own. Thank you.
@@ToniaElkins, I have seen John live. I even went to his first The Last Time concert in Melbourne. His wife Jilly kept sending him back to work. Jilly and the boys are family too. No, I found John on a TH-cam video singing when he was way older than I had seen before. There are no use by dates on his vocal chords. I think he was 68 when he sang with Celine Dion, he was younger when he sang with Ray Charles. These all came to Australia to do concerts.
That was a fun concert,John, his band and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra had a brilliant time. It was 88/89, the clothing, dancing and hair was the latest fashion. It was fun being at that concert. 💕🇦🇺
Yes I remember 1988/89 very well! Lol. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t do some of those trends but I was like 8. I had a teenage sister and saw what her and her friends did and I did the same thing 😂
The energy and the voice you nailed it completely , that describes a Farnsey performance perfectly , throw in a stage full of professional artists who are also his freinds and an audience high on adrenalin and you've got yourself a concert that I for one will never forget . A great reaction to another great Aussie performance keep them coming youve got a lot of artists and music to choose from .
I know, it’s gonna take me months to get to all these amazing recommendations 😂 (cuz we can only film one day a week) But I’m excited to check them all out! It’s so cool having so many people comment who have been to this concert, or other concerts of his. You guys are very lucky 💜
I would recommend John singing 'Playing to Win" from this same concert with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. They are all having a ball on this one too!
John Farnham's first ever single was way back in 1967 and was called "Sadie the Cleaning Lady". If you really love the Aussie accent, then you would love the live version as the intro is longer than the song and is extremely funny. You both will laugh your asses off
There’s a John Farnham 25 year special you can google it, Richard Marx said in a interview John changed his musical life, he also said he believes Sam Cooke was the greatest singer of all time, and John Farnham was the greatest singer alive. They are still good friends today.
Notice there are no phones being held up . Everyone is just enjoying the experience and what an experience that concert would have been. Great reaction ladies. How about you have a look at Bow river by Cold Chisel. The 2003 version will blow you away.
Always good - watching Farnsey, and then watching mother and daughter having fun being wacko at the end. Keep up the good work! If you want to see Farnsey do a Tonia and Savannah, try "Granada" with Anthony Warlow - th-cam.com/video/K6uxFKmCXB8/w-d-xo.html. They joke around while doing some amazing singing.
We all love John he is the voice but i personally have always been on the fence with this cover, not sure if i like it or not because AC/DC are just the best ever and i don't know anyone that can really do a good cover of AC/DC. YEAH NOT SURE. 🤔
She’s not disrespectful at all. I think it’s disrespectful telling a mother rude things about her daughter. If we aren’t pleasant to watch then why watch us? And why comment anything at all? Most mature people just keep moving along if they don’t like something. They don’t need an exit speech. We are an entertainment channel. It’s to make people laugh. Think what you want about us but keep it to yourself. It’s sad your mother never taught you to never say anything at all if you don’t have anything nice to say.
That is exactly how I found her to be as well. I've seen many reactions to John but this is one of the worst that I've ever seen, not because of the mother but because of the brat attitude of the daughter. It was so disrespectful to John.
@@personofearth5076 Watch our other videos, watch our vlogs. That’s our personality. It has nothing to do with john. We do things to be funny. I guess you have no sense of humor. Luckily over 3,000 people do love us. I’m not a reaction channel. I’m a vlogger who does reactions too. My daughter is definitely not rude. She actually likes John! How would you like it if I came hating on your child? You can’t inform an opinion of us off one short video. You don’t know us. What was it that Made her SO rude that you felt compelled to say something? Get a life.

Nope. The recorded show was Help, Sadie then this.
Everyone had the time of their life at that concert. The audience, the band, the orchestra, the back-up singers, back stage crew, and John himself.
Definitely! What a fun concert that would’ve been to be at in person! 💜
We sure did Carolyn, we sure did

He is a genius and sings all of 16 categories

you need to hear John sing, Bridge over troubled waters, he is amazing no matter what he sings!
If you love him talking. There is a video on You Tube of John introducing his band. You will see his sense of humor as well as hearing him speaking.
Aka “It’s A Long Way To The Shop If You Want a Sausage Roll”.
Lmao 🤣🤣
Damn mate it has been years since I have heard that line..............😂😂😂😂😂😂
