After 40 yrs in business I must say that certainteed is a decent product but if you need them for a warranty then they will make you coming after them to do the right thing. They will not return a call. They Everytime deny a claim. I kept calling them one week in warranty dept. until someone picked up a call. I asked if I could have a first name and they are not allowed I’m told to give out even their first name. It makes it impossible to follow up a conversation. But they know that. Never will I buy their products again.

Sorry to hear you had trouble with their warranty department. We had a warranty issue and our Rep helped with it and they were very quick to respond.
