Rzr 900 Rear Bearing, Bushing and Brake replacement

This is a short video of the rear bearing, rear A arm bushing and rear brake replacement on a 2016 Rzr 900. Movement out at the wheel could come from either the bearing or the bushings or both on these machines. Below is a link to the parts used.

That’s crazy that thing looks like it has very low miles and it’s already wore out, Polaris makes cool stuff but the quality just isn’t there like on Hondas

They prob should have used tapered roller bearings with a separate seal instead of these, it’s a common failure on pretty much all Polaris machines

Been binge watching the foreman 500 videos...had a question...I have a 2010 Foreman 500 manual pedal shift, it goes into all the gears except 3rd gear and sometimes takes a couple tries to get into 4th gear. Could it be clutch needing adjustment/faulty gear selector mechanism or...? Thanks

More than likely something on the gear selector or shift fork. I doubt it's the clutch.

I assume you are talking about the sleeve that goes behind the change clutch behind the front cover. Have you checked out my Honda rancher assembly video?

Need one way starter bearing 2005 TRX400FA RANCHER 4x4 electric start has the switch for automatic or manual CANT FIND AND DISCONTINUED, is the 400 same engine as a 350 can i use the 350 starter one way bearing ? PLS HELP
