    Qi Gong moves energy so it flows and doesnt get stuck. That's exactly what its for-not exercise per se. Gets me out of my head and into the "zone-bliss."

    You haven’t made any more videos and i m wondering why. I m hoping you are doing so well now, you have decided to leave all the memories of your mental health issues behind in a past that doesn’t not belong to your present or future. I also wanted to thank you for your videos. You have helped me so much in time of great emotional distress. I believe people like you have a gift of healing and i also wanted to make you aware of that. Your voice is very soothing and it reflects your authentic altruism. Thank you 🪬🩵

      Thank you for your kind words. I have been working a full-time job which hasn't left much time for making videos. However when I have spare time I have been working on something for the channel that will be revealed once finished.

    Hello Rumzi, thank you so much for making these videos, I have been diagnosed with severe dp/dr and your videos rescued me when I was about to break down completely. I'm aiming and got strong enough to heal myself but I have one question for you, how to build your career and get employed while you can't recognize yourself or goals or what the hell you are doing, how to pass a job interview while you have a disconnection between my brain and my mouth, I was in a job interview (I didn't get accepted obviously) and when I was talking I was like what the hell is happening didn't answer questions smartly because I didn't know who am I and I even forgot what I wanted in life or my dreams or goal, just empty body moving by itself and just repeating things that I got used to it many years and feel freeze and can't control my self
    I can't go to therapy that's why I'm doing self-help through your videos I do want to get employed not because of money only but because my life is empty and I have nobody to talk to
    It's been 4 months since this job interview and I am still scared to apply to any job because I'm scared I'm not gonna be good enough and not be able to talk because my brain is disconnected

      When I was in the early days of diagnosed with DP/DR, I also had difficulties with working and finding jobs. One of the things I explored was finding ways to make money online. That was over a decade ago, so it wasn't easy to find things. Now there appear to be many different ways people can make some kind of income online, so there would be no need for interviews. I can suggest checking out the TH-cam channel Whole sale Ted, and one of my favourite TH-camrs Ruri Ohama has some videos related to this as well. I am not saying it 100% guarantees money, these are only possible options to explore. You may want to consider exploring other types of therapy, such as somatic therapy and EMDR that focuses on the body and releasing stress and trauma, which in turn can help move out of the freeze response. I understand you said you can't go for therapy, but I thought I would share other types of therapy that exist in case it's an option for you.

    Also, Rumzi, is dpdr has something to do with “doing nothing”, “being empty”, “lack of motivation”. I mean doing everthing yourself, being motivated helps it?

    hi, I want to ask you have you tried these on your trumas and GAD and DPDR etc..
    - Internal family systems IFS
    - ego states
    - EMDR
    - FLASH teqhnique
    - EFT
    - SE

    • @MentalHealthPower
      @MentalHealthPower  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have not tried any of those specifically no. For EMDR I know someone who did try it for trauma with DPDR and it helped them, but I have not tried it.

    • @ohama4404
      @ohama4404 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are many who say that DPDR disorder is not a disorder, it is a defense mechanism, and you can treat it completely 100% if you treat its causes, radically, and these radical treatments are EMDR and IFS, and they also treat anxiety, depression, and panic attacks, and these treatments are scientifically proven, so I I don't know. I suffer from this disorder, as they call it. I will try these approaches. Fortunately, there is a specialized therapist who will help me, and I will tell you what will happen with me. Thank you guys
      I used google translate, sorry if there are any mistakes

  • @DPDRWhatspGrubu
    @DPDRWhatspGrubu ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi Rumzi, thanks for your helpful videos. Since I give value to your ideas, I wanted to ask you this if you would have any time to check:
    on DPDR; on fight or flight mode, the brain and amigdala says “run now, think later”. So the brain is empty, cannot think. So the persons smartness is also unreachable. After recovery from anxiety and dpdr, will the persons SMARTNESS come back like before?
    (I can explain the question in more detail, but wanted to keep short)

    • @DPDRWhatspGrubu
      @DPDRWhatspGrubu ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can categorize; Memories, Emotions, Intelligence, Knowledge, and Smartness.
      Smartness is reasoning. For example a person had a deep understanding on whats going on in his country politically, and in the world with understanding the reasons. But after dpdr; its not like before. So after the anxiety stops, the relations will naturally come and restored? or will the person need to build relations again?

    • @MentalHealthPower
      @MentalHealthPower  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I can only speak from my own experience, which was that while I had DP/DR, it was much harder to concentrate and to think clearly, memorise and to visualise. As it gradually went away, those things came back and now they function normally. I still have the same interests, I understand things completely fine. I did not have to re-learn anything significant if that is what you mean. The only re-learning was if I simply was out of habit of doing something due to DP/DR making it difficult, like if I had not played a particular game for a long time because I couldn't focus, it would only be natural to need to learn to play it again as I had not practiced for ages.

      I did not have DPDR for such a long time - just 9 months and then a few setbacks, but while having it I feared this and I was 100% the same as before again (except for new realisations of course). But all I liked, my notions, everything was back to before. Could not imagine this at all while in it.
