  • Negative intrusive thoughts can come and go in our minds, but if we do not know how to manage these and they spiral endlessly, these can fuel anxiety, depression and other similar issues, so in this video I share how to stop negative thinking with four questions you can ask yourself when you notice negative thinking going out of control.
