Mothra had fought bravely against SpaceGodzilla and protected all of humanity from the Vortakk. However, the lengthened war proved to be exhausting for the Kaiju, and Mothra began to succumb to death. Before dying, SpaceGodzilla attempted one last time to destroy Mothra, but was quickly taken down by Battra in a surprise attack. Battra defended his sister and teleported SpaceGodzilla into a black hole where he would wander endlessly for millennia. As Mothra died peacefully in the streets of New York, humanity came to Mothra’s side and praised her for saving them in their times of need. Seeing this, Battra realized that humanity was in need of another protector. He took it upon himself to aid in humanity’s defense, but warned the humans that if they were to turn a blind eye to anything that would harm the planet’s ecosystem, Battra would not hesitate to unleash SpaceGodzilla from his prison.
I think it's a little weird that in the beginning of the monster island mission leo is hitting nothing (it would have made sense to at least keep those crystals)
Epilogue idea Mothra the only girl monster she vowed her life to stop the vortakk after when she was mind controlled by them in GDAMM. With the help of her allies she was able to stop Spacegodzilla's corruption crystals and Gigans legion Mothra flew back into her cave where she will regain her energy for the next invasion
It's based off concept art for the larva from back in like 1992 - the art in question is thought to potentially be the "New Mothra" created from the fusion between Mothra and the scrapped monster, Gigamoth
A majority of the content updated in this game is purely cosmetic (textures, sound effects, and music). Things like model editing or fixing animation bugs like the Larva's tail weren't in the cards.

Also, I'm glad you were able to implement the strategy I suggested in using the crystal walls to prevent being knocked back as far as one normally would when fighting those ice beam shooting crystal towers. I do have a question though. In the mission in which Mothra is freeing Fire Rodan from the Power Surge crystals, Fire Rodan fires his beam weapon at one of the Power Surge crystals, and the Power Surge crystal deflects the beam starting at the eleven minute portion of the video. Is the deflection something that was in the original game, or was it a feature of this mod?
What Commander Phoenix said! I think in a future video, I abuse that once or twice to slow down opponents trying to chase me as they're firing their beams. It's very situational, but quite helpful when it happens.

Crystals deflecting beams is in the vanilla game.
