To win at this level with Dhalsim against a Chun Li, Cammy oder most of the other quick, flurry-type fighters takes a lot of talent. YHC-Mochi has really good reads and intuition.

How do the titles of "#1 ranked ____" get determined? is it the highest ranked player for that character on the leaderboard, or is it some other more reliable process?

Generally we use that character classification, for example moke is the first place of all Chun li players. We can see this in the game ranking
