I have an Emperor 200/300 movement that came as a kit back in the 70’s. My dad built it and done a master craftsman job on it. It’s beautiful and has worked flawless all this time. I was pulling on the weights to wind it and somehow the middle chain came off the spool. So my problem is I’m not sure which way the weight pulls and also how to go about getting the chain around the sprocket? Looking at yours and it’s beautiful by-the-way, the middle weight pulls to the right facing the clock. Any suggestions on getting it back over the sprocket? Am I correct about the direction it pulls? Thanks for any help.
Yes your correct about the direction. I recommend just trying to ease the chain back onto the one gear. Just do it carefully but you can do it with your fingers
Beautiful clock Anthony❤❤❤❤❤.
Great tour and beautiful videos. The only thing missing is Anthony narrating.
I never knew how the hammers knew which order to go in now I see the wheel and the marks corresponding for each note.
You’re right. It works very similar to how a music box works.
Too bad it was parted out, was a beautiful clock

My clock pendulum keeps stopping. Any suggestions on fixing it?
Try to see if you can level the clock so the pendulum is in beat.
I have this clock, my grandmother gave it to me, it's really nice. I had to have the movement replaced which was expensive but well worth it.
Cool! These clocks are nice.
My grandmother said that I can inherit hers
