I prayed for her, and praised the Queen and Stevie for this live Performance. 3 Months later im in a "behaivor care/ rehab facility when Ms Franklin passed :( All the younger Patients (Im in my 50's) and Staff were crying. She was TIMELESS! We were able to get a Laptop and watch her TH-cam Videos. Thanx YT You brightened our Day! WE LOVE YOU ARETHA FRANKLIN!!!!

These lyrics are a metaphor of the windows and doors of our lives that we choose to close or open. this one and "daydreaming" are my favorites by the queen. didn't know stevie wrote this but i'm not surprised. his talent never fails to amaze me.

Aretha's voice is so strong and good she could do this song after decades. And the accompaniment is what's also loved-Stevie, the drummer, guitarist, you name it. She just attracts great real music, effortlessly.
