Sirima RDB, abolished the reputed Ceylon Civil Service on May 01 1963 and instead established a politicized Sri Lanka (Ceylon) Administration Service which is still being politicized !
She abolished the SENATE which consisted of county's professionals or intellectuals on October 02 1971.
Disastrous transformation she did is Land Reform Commission Act in 1972 (Stage I) and in 1975 (Stage II) in which 417,957 acres in 395 Estates belonged to 225 Sterling & Rupee Companies and 563,411 acres of 5878 indigenous owners.
See those estates' poorest status in harvest by now: most Estates factories have now been isolated due to lesser crop; most of fertile lands have been neglected and most cultivable lands have been alienated to politicians and their henchmen at present resulted in county being lost valuable foreing exchange which had enriched Ceylon or Sri Lanka since 1867 !We,therefore vehemently need of forensic Presidential Commission to investigate its activities since August 25 1972- to-date !
We claim incoming "fresh" ruler to do so !
