- Learn how to make Mango Lassi in this Restaurant Style recipe! I had to bribe my local Indian restaurant to let me in on the secret recipe. The actual recipe has more sugar than this but I found this to be the perfect ratio.
RECIPE
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup (425g) canned kesar mango pulp (Sweetened)
- 3 cups (750g) yoghurt
- 1 1/2 cup (350ml) milk
- 4 tbs (50g) sugar (7 tbsp if pulp not sweetened)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
1. Add mango pulp, yoghurt, milk & sugar to blender.
2. Add Ice cubes and a pinch of salt.
3. Blend on high for 1 minute
4. Enjoy!
