Beautiful song featuring Ronnie and his son Bo. So wonderful to hear these two featured on same song. Every singer in this group had such wonderful singing ability. Kenny, all knew was so anointed sang in the song also, but nice to hear Ronnie and Bo featured praising and singing. Love all the Hinsons.
Saw the origonal Hinsons in concert on several occasions. No one can write them like Ronnie...and no one could ever or will ever be able to sing them lile Kenny. He stayed true to his faith and turned down opportunities to record country music. He knew his calling was to spread the Word thru his singing gospel music. Never have i cried when I learned of the death of someone i had never met....until Kenny Hinsons passing. Still, all these years later.....brings tears to my eyes to hear him sing. The Hinsons touched many many lives thru their music. I grew up hearing it and singing it. It helped make me who I am today. Kennys life here was so short...God had to have needed a strong lead singer in the Heavenly Choir .....no one else but Kenny would do. Cant wait to hear him in person again one day...and i will get to sing right along side him to our wonderful Lord and Savior!!
I never had the chance to see them in person, but I can see them in my mind, in my heart and in my spirit. All I need to do.... is listen to them or watch a video like this.... and I am there......... And right now I am crying like little child, hungry for home. I was 74 last month and I feel that pull more all the time. Songs like this help me, more clearly, to see what Jesus did for me.... for all who believe in Him. I heard a preacher years ago talk about how Jesus took all the sins of the world on Himself. All of them! Have you ever tried to imagine how that felt? He took all of ugliness that there was and ever would be upon Himself. All of that changed Him so much that His Father could not look at Him. I/we could never pay the price, the debt, that we owed. I/we..... not Him. I pray, before my time is done, that I might feel just a little worthy, but I'm not... I'm just not........... Thank you Jesus..... Thank you.
Kenny Hinson was born to sing! So much talent wrapped up in one individual could only be from God. After 18 years, Kenny is still greatly missed by family, friends and fans. God bless the Hinson family.
I love this version. I especially like the last chorus where they all join in with that perfect family harmony and just listen as Yvonne bends that voice around like a steel guitar. I can't count the times I've seen them live at various churches since they were just new at it in the 70's but in all those times I have never, ever heard them out of tune. No strain, no struggling to keep in pitch, just harmonic perfection time after time.
If anyone has a ny videos of "The New Hiinson's. which consisted of Bo Hinson and his wife another another guy , Would you PLEASE post ehm on here too, Thank you very much for posting The Hinson's on here and God Bless you for doing so...
