I usually open a second window (like starting another aplication) of revit to work on both linked files simultaneously

A few questions for the following videos. How to install and configure Revit Server? What are the ways to work on a local network on one project? And also via the Internet. Thank you.

Why not open revit twice to use the building and terrain model at the same time?

you can't open and close model everytime easily if model is too big.... and yes just use two revit at same time its the best option

What is the best way to set up elevations? At the minute I have the plans set up in the building file, but I need the site info for the elevations.

As a Mep designer i always get revised new architectural models even after i worked 5 floors already. Linking the new to replace the old causes my sockets and lights to lose association to host with is the walls and ceilings..Please Balkan how can I correct this error so i dont start all over again the process of linking?

I am trying to link my plan project into Plumbing template, as have always done. This time, a message came up saying that my project cannot be seen because has not being uploaded. Uploaded where? What do I have to do? Thank you

How to install family revit files? And where to download them ?

I suggest you create you own revit family folder and save them there because is easier to access. You can look for these files in webpages such as bimobject and revitcity
