Thanks for the video, including bloopers! I am trying (very very slowly) to start my own business. I will begin with cutting boards and charcuterie boards and work my way up.
The video is very efficient and helpful, i like how you mentioned the tools also… this video is very perfect for any beginner. i’d like to start manufacturing epoxy table and am from South Africa, free state. i wonder if i’ll find perfect resin locally.
Thanks for the video learned a lot and appreciate ypur attitde of teaching and opening others to your craft. Most woud hoard their knowledge or profit on it or pushing subpar products to the novices.
Love this video. I'm getting started right now. I have a notepad in front of me listing all the things i need to do, or get. Much appreciated, new subscriber!
You are the best I have see on any platform, you should be super proud of what you have achieved, looking forward to watching all of your videos and giving it a go on a coffee table to start with for myself.Nick🏴👍
Okay, but what if I hate my kitchen table and want to epoxy over it? It's literally the same black plank board table that you're working on with the piece of wood you're about to epoxy with. Do I need to remove the paint off of my table and sand it down or can I keep the black paint so that it has that color tone underneath it? I'm wanting to do a rock epoxy top.
I am amazed but this work excellent!! only just a note that concern not self-protection on any sanding, during apply of the epoxy resin not one has protection of any kind! :( but, what a incredible work.
Maybe it is a good idea if you want to teach beginners (and stimulate them to buy your product) not to skip the necessary safety measures. Otherwise you are like a driving instructor who doesn't teach the rules of the road. Epoxy can be very poisonous and dangerous. When you mix your epoxy, take care of proper ventilation, wear a respirator and gloves. Keep kids and animals away. Also never ever demonstrate sanding epoxy without a face mask.
Thank you from Poland.

Instead of finishing with oil, could you pour a thin clear epoxy layer to give a shiny top?
Lovely

If you want a high glass see through table you have to apply the oil on on the epoxy not the wood work?
