Hey great video. I am a solopreneur and picked clickup for my organizer/planner. A: I picked dark mode. It makes things easier to see. B: How do I change the default views or default settings or settings I picked when setting up a project? Thanks!
Whoa I think I get it now after fully watching you. Way to break that down. Idk if you do consulting but I would pay for that getting a vetted person to respond back timely feels like an eternity of me reaching out.
Great video! I learned a lot. Just a heads up that your audio sounded a bit off/clipped in this video. Other than that, everything was stellar. Keep up the good work.
how do you organize your different services if you were a video production company that offered photography and event production as well. I seriously stuck on having spaces be "clients" or spaces being "services" then that changing if I have either "client folders" or "service folders" then either the lists being clients or service workflow. all from the JUMP no idea which way would be best to structure this. ;(
Thank you for your "dive in approach" to teaching new users about ClickUp. My one things is this... it's not a "but-in"... it's a "button". I don't know what's with your generation and clipping the ends of words. It's one thing to do it in personal life; it's another to do it in your professional life.
Can I get the actual discount code instead of the link? We are on a free account and need to upgrade. Your link requires us to start over with a new account.
I tried this app and I really didn't like it. It looks like the free version has a ton of features, but I ran into constant roadblocks where random features and levels required me to upgrade to some level or another. It was a maze of confusion. There was no way my team was going to bother learning how to us it. We opted for Notion instead, which at least allows you to publish docs in read-only. That feature is not free in Clickup.
Hey maybe it's me, but does it seem that CheckUp seems to be much more "task and checklist" driven than "data driven" like Notion? It's almost like ClickUp forces you into a "checklist" kind of mindset rather than a "knowledge" mindset. CheckUp wants to force you to create lists and hierarchically. Sometimes you just have Folders that need to collect information and knowledge. Both ClickUp and Notion, in my opinion, fall short of doing this without extraordinary measures. Notion is more "natural". ClickUp seems to be forcing you into a paradigm, rather than given you the tools to management overall knowledge aspect.
Good thoughts. I think Notion is the most flexible if you’re looking to create “folders” you can do so on Notion by dragging pages within a page and considering that page a folder. That works best for knowledge management, otherwise something like obsidian might interest you.
One of the reasons I killed my Clickup account was total confusion of its learning curve.... Thanks for trying but... as usual, anyone who says they're going to make it easy usual fails. You lost me by the 3-minute mark.
This is the first time I'm understanding a clickup tutorial THANK YOU
Great video, very well explained. I recently switched from Monday to Click Up and love it. Also dark mode all the way.
Good choice!

Hey, I'm glad this helped.
Sadly I don't offer consulting on Clickup right now.
Only Notion.
Dark MODE all the way. Nice video mate
Good to know…
A great video. Thanks.
Light mode 🤩

Great, thanks for the feedback we’re always trying to improve audio so I’ll let my editor know. :)

Notion is more than enough for a lot of teams. ClickUp does have a lot of features but it can be overwhelming

im a dark mode fan easy on the eyes.
Does the discount code still work? :)
Idk, give it a go
Light Mode.
Light Mode fan
I don't mind dark mode but it's hard to see what you're teaching when you're in dark mode.
Thank you for the feedback. I will take that into consideration when making my videos in the future. :)
@@ProductiveDude I agree that the dark mode is hard to see and could you make the text larger? But great information.

Dark mode!
Oh man I had to leave as soon as I saw you set the 'dark mode' ON. I hate this mode.
Oooofff
Light mode.

Sorry Cliff, I'm creating more ClickUp videos in the future so hopefully those ones can help you.
Can you do another without your woman running the vacuum in the background?
Yea I had to stop watching it felt like someone stuck the vacuum hose in my ear 😂
Really helpful, you simplified it so well. Thanks alot🤝🏾🙏🏾
