Thankyou , very informative vedio. However , in some cases it is mandatory to estimate complex model as a whole with multiple indicators of each factor. So what could be the solution ? In Mplus .

Hi Muhammad, Thank you for watching. You can still inspect the model residuals and/or modification indices for a complex model in case your overall model fit is suboptimal. The residuals and modification indices may give you a hint as to the sources/causes of misfit. In Mplus, you can request them by specifying
OUTPUT: RESIDUAL MODINDICES;
