Can I connect two 18650 lithium batteries in parallel to the module (TTGO T-Call ESP32 SIM800L)? Can the power manager supply enough current to charge the two batteries in parallel?

I have a TTGO T-Call ESP32 SIM800L base plate.
I checked it and the SIM800L responds to AT commands.
However, the program does not meet the condition
if (sim800l.available ()) {....} - do not enter
What could be the reason?
Please help.
Maybe the SIM800L module must be prepared with AT comment?
Hi, your tutorial is very helpful, but give me PLS a hint on how to change the text of an SMS. Your code has "Relay is activated." and I would like to send a string of constant phrases and variable values. Whatever I type in here, I always have a compilation error. Can you give an example of how to do this?

Saya mau bertanya. Kalau misalkan saya gubungkan komunikasinya antara gprs dengan wifi dengan tujuan kalau misalkan device tidak bisa mendeteksi wifi, sinyal yang didapatkan dari gprs daripada simcard atau sebaliknya. Kira kira hal macam itu bisa kah?

I didn't understund why it's doesn't work.
It does not turn on the GPS LEDs.
With other source it works but only with a send library.
Maybe they changed library?

This board don't have GPS. You may need to mount external GPS board for this application.

how to set it to do the command only when a specific number texts?
You can check the sample program line 118, it print "callerIDbuffer". Try to play with that variable. 😊

Oh I never test that. Maybe it is because of the library.

@@MilchbarMC FYI, the SMS data will be stored in the smsBuffer (line 79), and it print the message at line 123-126.

No need for that, only place it on the antenna port.

when i use 4g sim, my apn setup still using 3g

Kenapa tak boleh guna ya? Negara yang masih support 2G, boleh guna, dan Malaysia masih support 2G.

Jangan pernah kecewa gagal, cuba dan terus cuba untuk berjaya. Tambahan sekarang harga hardware tidaklah begitu mahal kalau mahu dibandingkan dengan ilmunya.
