Ever heard of neon ahahahha if you play that like John mayer that would be the greatest achievement in your life
for people having trouble downtuning: Use the yousician tuner and turn all the way down until your G string turns in to a D string with +21, then it will be tuned correctly

@@julianpbt7942 so if click on the D string (you know manual mode) and then tune my G until it sounds like D with +21. This will work?

Or just downtune the G string to - 33 ....it definitely works

Easier way: instead of that F chord on the second riff just do an E chord but put your index finger up 1 string. Its easier.., sounds equal but the most important think is its a lot faster...hope I helped.. But anyway its a perfect tutorial Dave.. Support from Czech rep. 💪.. I can finally play it for my love.❤️

Hey! I was wondering if there was any way u could make a tutorial for the intro of Ed's live version of Tenerife Sea at Wembley Stadium?
I was watching your fingers at the start thinking you was a girl singing and then you hit me with the "g'day ma names dave"
This is really very helpful - thank you very much. Just one point - when the bass note moves to the F# on the second chord, doesn't the note on the 4th string remain E? (in fact doesn't the note on the fourth string remain E on all the chords (including the C#minor and the B chords)? In any event, I really enjoyed learning the picking pattern - thanks very much for your help.

NOTE: To those who are trying to higher or lower their G string - E... I have a Technique!!! Tune the G string lower to B rather, but you should put your finger to 7th Fret and check whether it is in perfect tune with B string. I hope that your G string's not broken!!!
