Congrats bro. I used to be 150kg and made it down to 110 within a year by working minimum wage and not being able to eat 3 puddings every day. I didn't even notice that i lost weight until people started pointing it out. I also started going to the gym a few months back and it's been the best decision of my life. If i can loose weight so easily, anyone can.
1- Do not look at the calories (Denial) 2- Do not work out (Anger) 3- Resist your urges (Barginning) 4- Manipulate your brain (Depression) 5- Acceptance Life (Death) Edit for the confused: These are the five stages of grief. Edit 2 for the nagging: It's just a little something I noticed that felt similiar. But if you're gonna be annoying about it, I'll give you another connection. A strech for #4, depression is caused by chemicals in the brain that make you feel sad, if you can associate things with the chemicals produced, you can essentially 'manipulate your brain' into feeling sad with unhealthy food. (Thus, not eating it.) For #3, you should bargin with your urges as to say to yourself, "if I don't eat this now and wait a little more, it'll feel much more rewarding and tastier." Yes this is true, all there is to losing fat is caloric deficit😂 its basic thermodynamics that cannot be changed, and working out highers the amount u can eat so u can eat more and lose weight. But u can also just be in a deficit without activity and lose weight
This is actually pretty good advice. I've been doing all tips you've said especially the replacing junk food part with more healthy food as a reward. I've gone from obese awkward highschool freshman to a average overweight more confident young adult overtime. I'm still fat in most areas of my body but have been able to put on more muscle since then as I've gotten to the point I can implement workouts in my daily routine and I've never felt better for myself, feeling more confident as I go through this fitness journey. We're all gonna make it bros. 💪🏽
Gym is literally a cheat code to life I lost so much weight barely doing any cardio whatsoever because I built so much muscle that the maintenance calories of my body increased significantly This meant no matter how much I ate my muscles would always burn those calories quickly to maintain size I'd highly suggest doing hardcore strength training building as much muscle as you can as they act as passive calorie outakers
@@selmonfish4020 exactly, exercise, and more specifically weight training, is really important. But as the bald fat serbian man said, you have to start slow and build it up, only go the jim if you feel confortable and start light.
I'm on opposite spectrum trying to gain weight here sometimes it feels really hopeless doing so much but seeing no changes but gotta keep trying Also watching David Goggins have been a great help he's a great guy
i used to be 130KG in 2021 but now im 80KG. my lose weight advice for you guys is simple, eat less do more. thats it. no matter what you eat, when you eating less than your eating habit when you're obese, you'll lose your weight. keep going my soldier, you can do it.
Dropped from 115kg (while in village) to 105kg in 3 months, but relapsed back to 109kg in just a week when visiting family. So yeah, get going guys, -3kg per month is possible.
The most realistic and science-based advice, especially when you said no workout before fixing your diet first. Working out while being morbidly obese is just like overload truck, could harm your heart.
as a person that has failed twice and now going strong on my third attmept to lose weight he is right diet needs to come first then worring about working out later just make sure its apart of your goal , i was doing it all at once on my other 2 attempts and was over doing it , trying to burn to many calories at once and it would make be rebound on my eating habits because of exhaustion then not being able to deal with the hunger. i don't fast like i use to when i was on diet only phase and i could go 4days without food now that i work out fasting doesn't let me have enough energy but i know how to deal with my hunger and i know what true hunger is now.
@@gibsonjl85fucking hell you read my mind. I'm going to try to do the same thing because I have a food addiction And also my motivation to try to get a girlfriend because I sort of God I'm going to commit and go to sleep forever if I accept that I'm going to die alone
A friend of mine that goes to the gym actively told me she lost count how many times she saw people trying to get back in shape, run to the gym, extremely overweight, and have a heart attack. You gotta take these things slow. A drastic change can shock the body. I'm on a diet right now. People who are about this life is telling me to take it easy, don't go so hard. There's nothing wrong with having a cheat day every week. And if my willpower is taking everything in me to not eat that slice of pizza, just have one bro. It's not gonna kill you. But what it is going to do is gradually get you off the bullsh*t. Because going on a rigorous diet for a month and then bouncing back, you're gonna gain everything you lost, plus more. The only way that diet is going to work is if you eat like that for the REST of your life. So chill out, make healthier food choices, don't focus too hard on calories, but watch out for loads of sugar, and get your protein. The major problem with most people is that they're looking for instant results. And once they see signs of getting results, they celebrate by eating crap. They break because they feel like they accomplished a goal and can stop. NOW BOOM! FAT AGAIN! If you want to lose weight, you gotta be in it for the long haul. Health isn't a holiday, it's a lifetime commitment.
I love how he explains it by combining seriousness and humor, and without even a singal second of acting in a condecending way like many others do. Thank you so much Radal!😎👍
BROOOOOOOO! I haven't seen you in a while and I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! I was 325 lbs. and even at 6'3", I was a fat fukk. I lost 150 lbs. over 6 years by substituting diet soda, no candy, cut back on bread/tortillas/carbs, walk more and exercise, take in less salt, etc. I've been fat and I will NEVER GO BACK to 300+lbs. I can run, jump a fence, walk up stairs without huffing and puffing, my blood pressure is no longer pounding in my ears, my cholesterol is lower.... I know how it is, brother and I can not tell you how much better I feel and now, YOU FEEL, TOO!
@@halami2149 Have bread still, just not all the time. Everything within moderation. Weigh out how much bread your eating as well, and count how many calories it is. This guy is just a legend. I swear, these days. When i watch videos on TH-cam, it just doesn't feel fun anymore. Everything just feel the same and it's boring. But this guy.... Man this guy is something else. Unlike anything i've ever watch on TH-cam. Radal is probably the most. If not the most original TH-camr ever. My respect for you is so high. It could reach the heavens. Congrats on your weight loss. I hope you are doing well. And I hope you live your life in the most amazingly satisfied way. 😊
The end of the video ain't no joke, went from a skinny kid to weighting 112kg, back down to around 83kg and then slowly throughout the years back up to around 106kg nearly back to my heaviest. Currently hanging around 95kg trying to reach back down to 80kg but every day is a struggle for sure. It definitely feels like an addiction, to deal with problems I prefer to eat till I'm sickly full and even knowing we don't have any (unhealthy) snacks around the house I might still check the same cupboard twice or thrice.
Try focusing on feeling hungry at the end of the day. If you feel hungry before you go to sleep it means you won this day and will lose weight at night. The good thing about it is you don't have to count anything but you understand your real food needs better
Bro if you were skinny, what happened that you started gaining so much, because i am way too skinny, and i started going to the gym, but i still struggle ti gainw weight, i gained only 2 kg in for months while eating 2500kcal, for my 62kg, its almost twice more than i need to survive
@@yoxaa As a child I ate very poorly, probably around 1000 kcal looking back on it, as a teenager I developed an appetite and started eating a lot of junk food so I went from near anorexic to obese. @@DutchThriceman okay, got you, i was addicted to sugar almost whole life, i always ate those cereals for breakfast, and always had few unhealthy snacks, most often pure sh and sugar like choco bar, but you know what, its not as hard to quit sugar, its a drug, thats why its so addictive, but after 2-3 weeks, max months, your sugar level in blood tends to normalize and wont get very low if you don't eat sugar, now when i eat sugar i feel awful and just wrong straigh away lol. So i trust in you that you can overcome your addictions. What about those 2500kcal, of course its not much for you, because yoy weight 40 kilos more than me, thats almost 80% more than my weight, but i really dont get why i gain weight super slow, maybe its because my hormones who are responsible for fat storage works too well

Agreed, amazing video. I only disagree with the calorie couting thing. Sure, you should avoid sugar, but counting your calories and staying under the limit is the only TRUE way to be 100% sure you'll lose weight. Do the math, get your calories right, and you'll certainly lose weight.
@@joaovcabr true, but at what cost. when you religiously count your calories, and you go over the limit, you feel like shit. plus, counting calories by themselves are bullshit, if you grab a coke zero and check the calorie amount, it's 1 calorie for 250ml/1 glass. by this logic, i should not eat or drink anything else but coke zero and I'll lose weight.
Thank you for this video! People need to hear stuff like this. I did the same as you! In april 2021 I was 93 Kg and for 6 months I haven't eaten any junk food or sweets and I reached 79 kg by just sitting at the computer. All I did is not eat sugar. It is possible to lose weight without exercising or having a complex diet or whatever! Thank you for this video! Have a good one! ❤
Im 23, my height is 6'2 and I was 124kg last year(14months ago to be exact). Calorie restriction didn't work for me and gym didn't help either (it was my 3rd year at the gym), when I went to a doctor I learned that I had problems with my metabolism. I was eating twice as much while I was on meds and lost 8kg in 6 months. Went to see the doctor again after taking a month break from the meds. He said you're okay and you should focus on your diet now. In 6 more months I lost 23kgs with alternate day fasting and working out. 93kg and 18 percent body fat right now and I hope to achive 10% bf. It tooks hard work, mental dedication and discipline. Also please see a doctor because if you think that things are not working out for you maybe you're right! I wouldn't be able to lose 31kgs if I didn't go to a doctor and get help. Wish everyone a great journey!
well done on the weight loss !! I lost 100 pounds in 2020-2021 (260- 160) struggling with binge eating disorder. I regained 30 pounds this year but this video inspired me to get back on track all your advice is very good and stuff i also discovered losing weight the first time.
Yo I’m right there with you. I’m down 50 lbs since I started in may. I’m 210 lbs as of today and I’m shooting for 200 lbs at end of year. Congrats of losing your weight and it’ll keep me going to lose more!

When I saw first video that you talked about weight loss I wanted to do it my self, I've cut my eating to 2 meals a day and in about 2-3 months I managed to go from 110kg to 84kg, the problem was after that I started eating again and I got back up to 88 Kilograms so I decided to workout and now I eat healthier than ever and I only have 77kg which is great but the only problem is excess skin.

I love that you’re helping people in ways they can understand and relate to, ill say personally consistently going to the gym changed my life, it became a social place and helped me realize i could directly affect how my body looks. You don’t go there to lose weight or get ‘toned/leaner’ so you’re right, don’t go to the gym if you’re doing it to “be better” or to “lose weight” but its not evil, however if you’re obese and its affecting with your life, starting and ending with your diet is still a full solution, i guess working out is more something to spend my time doing once I’ve lost the weight to still have goals and stick with it. Hope y’all succeed and are able to positively impact your life :DD
and that s how a common person does a very accurate informational video to lose weight, without selling you anything. Thanks Radal. I admire you and happy for you and your content
Back in 2022 i managed to lose 30 kilograms without exercise for a whole year as a 16 year old. Per day i ate maybe around 1000 calories so it wasn't very healthy but it was worth it anyway. And also congratulations for you Radal.

Congrats man. I used to be 102 kg (225 lbs) and now I’m 80 kg (175 lbs). What I can say for those trying to lose weight is that working out or playing a sport definitely helps (I’m a wrestler), 90% of it is your diet. If you workout several hours a day but have a bad diet you won’t lose any weight. Clean up your diet, and you will start to see the changes. Good luck to anyone trying to lose weight, remember, in a year you’ll wish you started a year ago, make the first step, it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
I've waited 8 months for this. I used to weight 135 kgs a year ago. I started loosing weight and I saw your video, then got my motivation to be healthy. Losing weight can be extremely hard, as mentioned. Stay focused, and do research from good sources, because it is not easy to do fully on your own, if you commit to it you will get to your objective.
A structured workout is not required, but a low intensity physical activity is very beneficial. Daily walks is what flipped the scales for me. It's crazy how many benefits a simple walk can give you.
It's true. Sugar is the biggest enemy. And yes protein and fiber based food are the best options to lose weight and not only to lose weight but also to make your skin and face look more Toned. I used to work as a night receptionist in Prague, where I was having way more beers and I didn't get much movement either and I started to get "the beer belly physique". When I came back to my country (Italy)and moved to another (Spain), I just started to eat more chicken and vegetables (potatoes carrots) and just walked around (to do job hunting In Spain). I was just sweating a lot due to the hot weather and before I knew it, well I started seeing my body taking a nice shape (also worth mentioning, my face got thinner and looked better, way better).

I lost 55 lbs over the past 6 months. I did nothing but play video games, and eat pizza. Not joking. Only difference is that I ate less calories than my body naturally burnt over the course of a day. It’s literally THAT SIMPLE! There’s no secrets. Just eat less calories 😑

@@disarcted890 youre so dumb, eating carbs before any physical activity is literally a very smart thing to do little boy, carbs dont "make you hungry" carbs are absorbed quickly so yes theyre not the best for keeping you satiated, but carbs are not bad for you in itself.
I still remember my weight loss journey back in high school very well, started from 93 kilos and dropped to 69 kilos in three years. Yes, it might seem WAY too slow compared to hardcore weight loss routines, but I only did some dumbbell lifting as exercise. Aside from some cheat meals every once in a while to keep my sanity in check, I ate nothing but these: Breakfast: One banana and 0.5 liters (16.9 oz in freedom units) of water Lunch: A cup of convenience store salad Brunch: A slice of whole wheat bread, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and some whey protein Dinner: Black rice (yes, that's a thing), one chicken breast, and a hardboiled egg I barely reached a thousand calories each day, let alone the recommended two thousand. The entire thing was pure pain for someone who loves eating like me, and that's probably why everything went south after le funny virus struck.
As funny as this video was, it was also really helpful. I definitely didn't have the best relationship with food growing up. Dealt with a lot of issues and food was what I used to cope. So you are right, it did become an addiction. I'll make sure to take your advice to heart. Thanks, man. Also, I'm really proud of your progress! ♥
the problem i had with losing weight was how obsessed i was with calories. im 114.2lbs atm, and ive been wanting to lose for so long but ive been in a restrict-binge cycle for so long. (i have anorexia.) i'm going to avoid eating sugar- eat healthy, and listen to my hunger cues. im NOT going to count my calories for a week, and see where it takes me. its pathetic how oil scares me. this will probably make me feel more free. thank you
I'm a bit overweight and I'm struggling with a new diet and calorie counting and it makes me happy to see that it actually isn't the way and that most "fitness gurus" are just trying to mess up my brain into feeling like I need to do it as a religion. I already have to count up how much money to use weekly, I have no mental capacity not going insane with calories. Thank you so much, Radal. I'm proud of your jouney, too.
5:31 Rice is fine btw. Its not hard to lose wieght though bro, just Fast. Most of the time your eating isn't because your hungry but cuz you get bored & other things. So instead of eating do something that makes you lose track of time for most of the day. Before you know it, you'll be doing it without even trying because it will become a habbit. Plus you get all the benifits of fasting which is getting rid of cells that shouldn't be in your body & protecting perfect cells, which can potentially stop you from getting cancer as easily. Now if your just fasting half the day your not going to get that much of that benifit, but baby steps. Also ask a dr. if you have health conditions other than just a excess of fat.

eat 180g of protein, eat around 70g HEALTY unsatured cis-long chain fats (olive oil, fish fat/oil, avocado…JUST BE CAREFULL WITH THE DOSAGE) and the rest idk, like 100gr of carb. You will surely loss weight. Calculate of coruse your calorie FOR JUST THE FIRST MONTH, then im pretty sure you’ll be able to calculate everything by eating the same things every week.
I think one of the best tips for trying to loose wait is to eat only 1 meal a day and to eat ice instead of food. A fat person can go moths without needing to eat food as they will just burn up the fat they have already stored. if an average human can go a month without food a morbidly fat person could probably easily go 3 months without food. another tip would be to eat ice when you are hungry and drink a lot of water as this will make you feel more full and less hungry in general. remember you do not have to eat every day the social norm of eating 3 meals a day i think is crazy especially in this day an age where the amount of calories in everything is just so abnormally high even just a snickers is 488 calories and the average human needs 2,500 calories that means an average human could only eat 5 snickers before meeting there calorie cap. hope someone out there will find this useful just tryna help
Ad: 8:00 - Probability does not work like that. If the probability is 1 in 210, it DOES NOT MEAN that living 210 years will GUARANTEE you a single year of [not being fat] in this case. Instead, a good way to lose weight is to go to university (like I did) so you don't have money for food anymore. Works 150%
From a certain hint, I can tell that your exercise routine daily was 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, followed by a 10km run. Jokes aside, great work man 👍
This advice is pretty much what i would tell everyone around me. 80% of work in losing weight is your diet, not your workout. So focus on that. And its not even about eatinr " healthy " often, but rather not overeating and spending your daily calorie budget efficiently. Me for example drinks sugar free drinks pretty often, i know its not healthy but its actually incredibly helpful with getting through days where you feel incredibly hungry. This is definitely not sustainable if you do it multiple times per week but its not even such a big issue doing it multiple times per week in the start if it means youll decrease your hunger over a week or two comparered to living the rest of your life in obesity.

Gym is literally a cheat code to life
I lost so much weight barely doing any cardio whatsoever because I built so much muscle that the maintenance calories of my body increased significantly
This meant no matter how much I ate my muscles would always burn those calories quickly to maintain size
I'd highly suggest doing hardcore strength training building as much muscle as you can as they act as passive calorie outakers
@@selmonfish4020 exactly, exercise, and more specifically weight training, is really important. But as the bald fat serbian man said, you have to start slow and build it up, only go the jim if you feel confortable and start light.

The most realistic and science-based advice, especially when you said no workout before fixing your diet first. Working out while being morbidly obese is just like overload truck, could harm your heart.
like putting a cpu on 200% voltage
as a person that has failed twice and now going strong on my third attmept to lose weight he is right diet needs to come first then worring about working out later just make sure its apart of your goal , i was doing it all at once on my other 2 attempts and was over doing it , trying to burn to many calories at once and it would make be rebound on my eating habits because of exhaustion then not being able to deal with the hunger. i don't fast like i use to when i was on diet only phase and i could go 4days without food now that i work out fasting doesn't let me have enough energy but i know how to deal with my hunger and i know what true hunger is now.
@@gibsonjl85fucking hell you read my mind. I'm going to try to do the same thing because I have a food addiction
And also my motivation to try to get a girlfriend because I sort of God I'm going to commit and go to sleep forever if I accept that I'm going to die alone

Yes, it might seem WAY too slow compared to hardcore weight loss routines, but I only did some dumbbell lifting as exercise. Aside from some cheat meals every once in a while to keep my sanity in check, I ate nothing but these:
Breakfast: One banana and 0.5 liters (16.9 oz in freedom units) of water
Lunch: A cup of convenience store salad
Brunch: A slice of whole wheat bread, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and some whey protein
Dinner: Black rice (yes, that's a thing), one chicken breast, and a hardboiled egg
I barely reached a thousand calories each day, let alone the recommended two thousand. The entire thing was pure pain for someone who loves eating like me, and that's probably why everything went south after le funny virus struck.

Congrats redel for losing weight
I'm so happy for you
Ive noticed youve gotten alot skinnier good on you. Were proud of you:)
that’s the whole point of the vid 😂

Can we talk about the poor guy's mom
im now 14 with around 100kg, and seeing this, ngl im gon try to do these things u said for as long as i can keep it up, because everything u said seems pretty achiavable, not like other videos where its like: guys!! dont eat!! go run 10km in 0.01 seconds every minute! and just run everyhwere, because if you walk you gain 69kg!y just wanting to say thanks man, im gonna try it, and as u said, every gram i lose is a win. thanks man, ur an inspiration, if you could do it, without working out and with normal exercise like walks etc, i think i can do too, keep it up, we love you man. (i wanted to add caps somewhere but my cap broke.)
nice keep it up, btw I'm half that in kg and im 14 as well heh...
Please do what he's saying here: at 14 i was 106 kg and now i'm 15 and 83 kg, i didn't work out either! I'm no more than you or anyone else, it is fully possible! Enjoy your journey!
100kg???? what the actual fuck??
@@hansen5095 i was 6kg more than him at his age and still lost the weight, there is nothing to be ashamed of
eat 180g of protein, eat around 70g HEALTY unsatured cis-long chain fats (olive oil, fish fat/oil, avocado…JUST BE CAREFULL WITH THE DOSAGE) and the rest idk, like 100gr of carb.
5:10 HOLY god damn
i skipped my uncle's funeral just to see muscular radal

Ad: 8:00 - Probability does not work like that. If the probability is 1 in 210, it DOES NOT MEAN that living 210 years will GUARANTEE you a single year of [not being fat] in this case. Instead, a good way to lose weight is to go to university (like I did) so you don't have money for food anymore. Works 150%
Being broke...noted
From a certain hint, I can tell that your exercise routine daily was 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, followed by a 10km run. Jokes aside, great work man 👍
Nice vid, and really top-notch cutting! Thanks for the advice.
8:52 bro get away from camera you're blinding me
his forehead is glowing
5:25 PAUSE💀
5:25 That's what she said
