It’s beautiful!! Tip on the frame: you can twist the wire into itself on the edges on both sides; if shortens the wire length and makes it more taut so it doesn’t lean out too much. Adding pads at the bottom of the frame also levels it out and gives the frame some grip with the wall too so you can shift back and forth to make the frame more even, too. Beautiful frame and landscape! 👌🏼
I have done this tip on most of my frames because they have wires that they hang from, and it has made a huge difference in how far off they hang from the wall. My frame now hang really snug to the wall and stay beautifully in place. Thank you for explaining this tip because I kept thinking about how to say it but was at a loss 😊
This is a great tip! I also used museum puddy on the corners of my frames to hold them against the wall and keep them from going crooked which has saved my sanity! The room looks beautiful though! The table is amazing!

Oh my! This room is absolutely stunning: like something you’d see in a magazine! I’m so happy for you and Romeo!!! You guys have worked so hard on this house and it’s all coming together!!!!
OMG, that is so beautiful. I think the cabinet is what really brings the whole room together. Maybe instead of glass, use cane in the doors to tie in with the chairs. Oh, and the reason your frame is hanging a little wonky is that the wire is probably a little loose -- they tend to stretch out over time. Try detaching it, pulling it taut across the frame, and reattaching it.
I got tears in my eyes when the after was shown! I’m so proud of how far you’ve come and how hard you’ve worked! I look forward to each and every video and as you finish each room. 💜👏🏼
The first time I've seen 'extreme' in a title and been like yeah, this fits! To see the work that you've done over a year come to completion is so heartwarming! Congrats to you, Romeo, and your mama for a job done well!
So here is a suggestion to blend the chair height to the table height. Depending on the measurements needed to achieve the correct ratio, I suggest cutting the bottom stem of the table legs to the 1st ball shape which looks like about 2-3 inches. Then put a metal tack type button made for the bottom of the table legs to allow them to slide over the carpet. If this makes the table a better height for the chairs, I suggest the same type of metal button on the bottom of each chair legs so they will slide over your carpet without catching the fibers and possibly tearing or weakening this older beautiful carpet. The buttons nail easily into the bottom of each leg and are intended to keep the legs from damaging the carpet or a bare floor. Hope this works....

The foraged greens for ontop of the buffet type thing…. Great way to keep that same vide throughout the year! I’ve seen it done really nicely. The nice thing is you don’t get that nasty plastic branch with the greenery. It's something many of us can only dream of. And we've learned so much all along the way as well. My favorite channel.
Your house is so beautiful, absolutely loved the live stream and loved you replying to some of my questions! Xx
awwww thank youuuuuuuu we have to do more lives for sure!
It is beautiful! The colors just glow with the light streaming in the windows. It is truly a calm and welcoming room. You both should be so proud of all the work you have done. You are creating a HOME from the ground up.
Put brass knob handles for the cabinet in the dining room.
Those windows are so beautiful and it's nice to see vintage can be achieved with black windows.
Oh my gosh, I am so in love with your dining room and with everything that you guys have done . And may I say that your design style has made this such a beautiful relaxing space ,so on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 12.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
it is amazing how much you guys have accomplished - I recently started watching your vlogs also and saw how much work you both put in while those are being recorded - to know that a lot of the dining room work was also being done - as in done-done, is impressive! I have learned a lot from watching your videos, thank you for sharing the journey.
This home project has been so so beautiful to see! You’re Angelica and beautiful personality keeps me coming back! 😊🥰
Yes,MaCenna, Glass panels on the front of your cabinet and you could add decorative items on the top. 👏👏👏 Sooo pretty!
THAT TABLE!!!!!! I am drooling over it.
I love how The House is turning out! I cant wait to see how The rest of the House is turning out❤️❤️
that table was an incredible find!!!!! everything looks sooo good! and I absolutely love the linens you picked and how you dressed up the table. had such a life to it, like it was telling a story.
The room looks wonderful, neutral and blending well with warm tone of colours. Well Done!!!
The colors, the table, the chairs, the art work, that trim and wainscoting oh my LORD!!!! As GORGEOUS as those window trims are I personally would make simple Roman blinds or some fabric blinds that you can pull up or down if you wanted to! But I would not hide that trim with curtain panels but that’s just me! This is just beautiful
MaCenna, thank you so much for this video and the love you show for your home...I am a true homebody and absolutely LOVE, loving on our home.....but at this moment, when my mom, my best friend is dying from cancer, my husband and I moved out of our custom built home to live in her home and care for her, altho I really miss being at home, we WOULD NOT have it any other way, our memories with her now are the utmost importance to us, that we will have to reflect on, as well as videos & photos we have with her now to back home with us....Thank you for humor and joy, and all your ideas.....it is what I need right now 🙂
That table is stunning! Everything came together so nicely and can't wait to see how the rest of the house is finished!! :)

Absolutely stunning!!! I just love watching this house Reno series!
It is so exciting to watch your home come together, it makes me emotional just thinking about how happy you guys must feel to see all this come together room by room. I seriously cannot wait to experience this phase of my own life when the time comes, but until that time I am living through you girl!
Love the colors, that rug is gorgeous, and keep the "hutch" there! It may be an old wardrobe but functions perfectly as a hutch, it's beautiful!!
MaCenna, you did it again miss thing!!!!! Oh my lord is that table beyond beautiful, my husband and I are drooling over that iconic dining table!!! 🥰
stunning transformation! I definitely think yes for window treatments! imagine a warm summers day: fresh veggies from the veggie patch [you should definitely build] sit on the kitchen counter ready to be made into something delicious, a fresh cup of coffee sits on the dining table, you have a record playing in the living room and the warm breeze makes beautiful flowy sheer curtains ripple in the breeze and the sun glitters through with shadows of your beautiful trees outside. picture it. stunning. yes to curtains.
Gosh I'm in love with this room! Such stunning colors and I love the way you've styled the table :)
