Question: when you say “if you’re buying farmland, that farmland is supposed to be making you money” so….how does a person who has never farmed , go about farming it and turn profit to pay the owner finance starting month one?
great video i have land in indiana i put 300 down and i pay 400 monthly its 22,000 full price can i turn around and sell this land at full price or i cannot becuase its financed and wasnt bought in fullprice if im able to do this what contract would i use for the buyer if they want to buy it straight out from me? thnaks
I really appreciate the valuable information, however, I was a little loss when you begin to speak your jargon as a realtor, I couldn’t understand what the language was when it came to terms like easement, landlocked, and recorded
easement means roadway or access legally, landlocked means no road or easement so no access, and recorded means documented with the county usually you go right in i found all this on youtube i recommend chris goff videos for detailed stuff on seller finance too

You can sell it for as much as you can get!! It doesn’t matter how much you bought it for!!
