He also went insane eating the Miracle Machine before an insane Brainic 5 could have used it to destroy the universe. If self-sacrifice is a heroic trait then Matter Eater Lad sacrificed his sanity to save the universe. Makes him rather heroic.

If you think about it RainBow girl is sorta OP since the DC universe has the lanterns that are powered by emotions and if you seen rainbow girl in young justice you'd see she uses her powers in many ways to defend and attack now theoretically if rainbow girl's powers allow her to use any if not all emotions she could be able to use every lantern Ring becoming a White lantern immediately or possibly if she was to be written correctly without any ring achieve something similar since she is hypothetically a central power battery in the flesh.
The number 1 mutant's powers I wish I had is Forge's. I know not that many people find his powers impressive but they would be super helpful. The things I could accomplish with those powers
A thought occurred to me when Dazzler was featured. What could she do if someone such as Banshee, Syrin, Ulysses Claw or even (God help us) Black Bolt did their thing at her? Would she be able to withstand the disintegrating effect of the more potent sonic attacks? Would that trigger an Omega level power boost and would it be temporary? She's an underappreciated character, in my opinion.
