Unfortunately (or fortunately), they really only mixed a few guitars, a few drummers, and one or two bass to the foreground. Everything else is way in the background, if at all. This is a great example of too many cooks spoil the soup. It was a good final mix, however. I wonder what it sounded like live.

Watching this concert on TH-cam literally pulled me put of a dark hole, even if only for a day. It made me smile, it made me cry, it made me feel! Many have thought about doing this, maybe even talked about doing something like this to others. And they agreed it sounds like a good idea. But the workload to coordinate these Rockin1000 gigs would be enough to make most people drop that idea and dodge your calls. I hope you feel like it was and is worth every ounce of money, energy, hard work, blood, sweat, and tears that you put in to these showcases. I think it is quite possibly the best display of the effect music has on people ever. Any musician could go out there and play these songs, but you guys behind the scenes who see to it that these gigs actually happen and get recorded. Bravo! You can donate on their website. The work and coordination for 1000 is gigantic, but something similar with 50 participants would already be a good start. I've been lucky to play with 80 musicians, the human energy is pure magic
From the United States here, I absolutely love love love this, definitely on my bucket list to either be a part of or attend some day, I've got chills on multiple occasions just watching and listening to this, I can't imagine it live, SO....FREAKIN....AWESOME!!!!!!!
Alas, I noticed that there's a stand with a tablet in front of some of the singers which I imagine might at least hold the setlist if not the lyrics for the songs as well. But yes, the musicians definitely seem to have memorized all their stuff.
@@AgilDogsVideo It's not easy and also it's not impossible if you have an ear for music (which they do, since they're singers). If you have or knew the theater kids in high school, memorizing all the lyrics to all of the songs (and some of the dialogue) from entire hit Broadway musicals was something they did all the time and you wouldn't call the average teenager a professional, would you?

It's impossible to memorize all the lyrics and many of the musicians aren't native English speakers or in the case of the French songs they are not french native speakers. We usually play two songs from local rock bands from the country where the concert takes place.

Never before has there been a participation of a performance of musicians of this magnitude in the history of mankind. Something more along the lines of Woodstock, unbiased, without division or segregation of anykind. Just people of every facet, coming together and enjoying themselves. It's a shame this doesn't transpire into peoples daily lives. Maybe they have started something? Maybe we should keep the idea growing? #SOWTHESEED

I had the chance to be in the crowd for this amazing concert and I'll always remember how f*cking LOUD and HYPED the crowd was on "We will rock you" & "Seven nation army". People sang their lungs out. You barely hear it in this video for Queen's song and just a little at the beginning of SNA but dammit that was a total blast!
This band's existence is a logistical masterpiece. Kudos to each individual participant, but real talk, whoever's responsible for organizing this all deserves so much respect for their efforts.
See what 1000 people plus audience can do ... Gives me the chills and I also shed some tears, truth be told. Do not let this end for whatever reason. So many people, no one cares who you are, where you're from, with sexuality you have, they dont care about your social status, place in the society...So many People, all from different ages, colours, nations...IT ALL DOES NOT CARE!! Just the pure Passion for Music and sharing the Love for it....this gives me chills everytime i see it. And right now while i think about how beautiful our world can be, perfectly demonstrated by these musicians, im close to tears because i know what brutal and horrible things are happening (for example the US Situation the past few weeks in specific)... The world can be beautiful, this is a perfect example of how we all should live together in peace, harmony and fun :)
Possibly the most epic thing I have ever seen. Watch the different sections, guitarist are jumping around, bassist are bassist and singers are all over but the shots of the percussion section are memerising because the beat is the beat.

Watching this concert on TH-cam literally pulled me put of a dark hole, even if only for a day. It made me smile, it made me cry, it made me feel! Many have thought about doing this, maybe even talked about doing something like this to others. And they agreed it sounds like a good idea. But the workload to coordinate these Rockin1000 gigs would be enough to make most people drop that idea and dodge your calls. I hope you feel like it was and is worth every ounce of money, energy, hard work, blood, sweat, and tears that you put in to these showcases. I think it is quite possibly the best display of the effect music has on people ever. Any musician could go out there and play these songs, but you guys behind the scenes who see to it that these gigs actually happen and get recorded. Bravo! The world appreciates your efforts , please keep this alive and moving forward. I love it! THANK YOU . I would love to help from America. Where or how can funds be donated?
You can donate on their website. The work and coordination for 1000 is gigantic, but something similar with 50 participants would already be a good start. I've been lucky to play with 80 musicians, the human energy is pure magic

Alas, I noticed that there's a stand with a tablet in front of some of the singers which I imagine might at least hold the setlist if not the lyrics for the songs as well. But yes, the musicians definitely seem to have memorized all their stuff.

@@AgilDogsVideo It's not easy and also it's not impossible if you have an ear for music (which they do, since they're singers). If you have or knew the theater kids in high school, memorizing all the lyrics to all of the songs (and some of the dialogue) from entire hit Broadway musicals was something they did all the time and you wouldn't call the average teenager a professional, would you?

It's impossible to memorize all the lyrics and many of the musicians aren't native English speakers or in the case of the French songs they are not french native speakers. We usually play two songs from local rock bands from the country where the concert takes place.
I love how you can feel the excitement when the audience recognizes what song is about to be played, and how that gets all the musicians pumped up

Never before has there been a participation of a performance of musicians of this magnitude in the history of mankind. Something more along the lines of Woodstock, unbiased, without division or segregation of anykind. Just people of every facet, coming together and enjoying themselves. I had the chance to be in the crowd for this amazing concert and I'll always remember how f*cking LOUD and HYPED the crowd was on "We will rock you" & "Seven nation army". People sang their lungs out. You barely hear it in this video for Queen's song and just a little at the beginning of SNA but dammit that was a total blast!

So many people, no one cares who you are, where you're from, with sexuality you have, they dont care about your social status, place in the society...So many People, all from different ages, colours, nations...IT ALL DOES NOT CARE!! Just the pure Passion for Music and sharing the Love for it....this gives me chills everytime i see it. And right now while i think about how beautiful our world can be, perfectly demonstrated by these musicians, im close to tears because i know what brutal and horrible things are happening (for example the US Situation the past few weeks in specific)...

Possibly the most epic thing I have ever seen. Watch the different sections, guitarist are jumping around, bassist are bassist and singers are all over but the shots of the percussion section are memerising because the beat is the beat.
