Do these fit any handle or is thier a percific size thanks as i need 2 do this on both doors at my house

Are all UPVC Door Handle Spring Cassettes the same size?
My door handle is quite near the top of the housing and top mounting screw is just below the handle.Which spring cassettes are suitable for this configuration?

What about a door handle that is pushed fuly down but the door catches and door just about opens and the catch doesnt retract all way in.
