Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you like this one - you can find the full recipe in the description or here on my site: maverickbaking.com/sernik-desserts-of-the-world/
Just made it, it was simple and perfect! I added small grapes (delaware) instead of berries. I love the healthiness of using less fat cheese and the perfect balance❤️ Thank you so much for the great recipe!
Hi, just a desert idea- I have been wondering about how to make a desert I’ve had as a child, called galette des roix (?) it‘s this marzipan type cake eaten on a special festival day, where they put a bean in the cake and whoever has it in their slice gets to be the queen or king of that day! Have never seen it anywhere since my childhood but it was soooo delicious
I think the death of Poland prince triggered the World War II. 🤩 If Sternik had been offered to enemies, war could have been avoided. 🤣😁😆 Poland's Sternik and India's RASMALAI got first and second rankings in the world respectively by Taste Atlas. I am a froud Indian. 🇮🇳🛕🙏👌🥰

My good lady’s polish supervisor made me some polish cheesecake just like this as a thank you for something I gifted to him.
Very delicious!
I baked this cake, and tried it warm the first day and chilled the day after and it's so much better the day after!
Sernik like my grandmother did. Looks delicious, well done :)
So happy to hear this - thank you!

Hmm I've heard of and seen this cake before but never tried it!
Out of everything I’m subscribed to this is one of the only channels I actually anticipate new content
This is so lovely to hear - thank you!
That cheesecake looked amazing 😍😍😍
nailed it! i would add raisins to the cake and have just a tiny splash of raspberry sauce on top 😁🤤
Sounds delicious! A berry sauce would be great!
Got all ingredients about to make my first ever cake
Absolutely love this!!! Thank you for sharing😊
My favourite thing about poland is their E. Wedel chocolate. It's like poland version of Cadbury but better.
Yes! It's SO much better than Cadbury!
Very good!
Love it ! One of my favourites ⭐
I would love it if you made Sirecz cheese, a Slovak egg cheese that tastes like custard. It’s not Easter without it. Yum!!!
Thanks - I'll check it out!
@@MaverickBaking in Poland it’s called Hrudka.
lovely!
I think I need to make this 😐 It just sounds like my perfect cake!
If anyone's wondering where they can get twaróg (white cheese) aside from Polish shops I've seen it in Asda when I was in Scotland
Also in Sainsbury's in Scotland too!
Next time you need potato flour, go for Fecola di patate (potato starch)! It should be basically the same :)
Thank you, I will! Sadly Scotland didn't offer any alternatives at the time of filming haha!
*FOOD!*
Looks really good. Well done, your Polish viewers should like it?
I hope so!
If you have a Chinese supermarket near you, they sell potato flour,I've seen it in mine
Podać sladniki i proporcje?
🙂
Do srilanka
I don't understand your language but I like you you are looking so beautiful 😍
It looks delicious, but indian Ras malai is the best.
I made an Indian kheer in one of the other DOTW episodes! 💛
@@MaverickBaking yeah saw that video also! you should try making ras malai in next vid maybe.
In Russia we have the same 🙄
lmao not surprising considering parussia steals everything
