They were right, this was a great interview with The Warning. A small sliver of the fan base are nuts. Just like every other fan base. Will have to look, anyone complaining or commenting on band dynamics are probably well known cranks. There are a few individuals that can’t get through the day without complaining about absolutely nothing. Pay no attention. By all accounts the band had a great time talking to you.
My 3rd year since I fell in love with The Warning, their story is an inspiration to all, it show that thru hard work, dedication and passion, you achieve your dreams. Saw them twice live this past year and they just blew me away eac time.🤘👍😁
Hi gents. It's May 2023. I've re-watched your interview with The Warning a couple of times and sent it to others. It really is one of the best. I'm really glad that we were able to see them in your capable hands. After they finished Canada (I saw them in Kitchener), they went to Bogota and Peru (which they sold out in a country they'd never played) then they opened for Muse for four shows in Mexico. Muse then invited them to join them in the UK and France. They are exploding. Their new song, More, hit #1 on the iTunes Alternative Rock chart. They're finishing an American run tonight, then playing with Muse in the UK on Friday, then touring the UK and Europe with Muse and others, some festivals and some headlining shows. Their shows in Spain sold out twice in 24 hours, going to bigger venues (again, they've never played there). The second London show sold out and moved. I hope they visit you guys again one day soon and the networks have to pay you $$$ for the privilege of getting your feed. Here's a clip of the world that The Warning is moving to: th-cam.com/video/TNAF4aL2wdU/w-d-xo.html Love from Shelburne, Ontario.
Guilty of finding the show via The Warning interview! Just found 'em a couple months ago myself and the fanbase is definitely very... passionate, for both good and ill at times haha. And "best interview ever!" may be just a tad hyperbolic, but you guys are selling yourselves short if you don't think the whole vibe and flow of the show isn't better than the VAST majority out there where they ask the same formulaic questions like 90% of the time. Although maybe that's more speaking to the state of current media outlets haha, who knows. Anyways, greetings from a new fan from the states and looking forward to your "best of's". Sounds fun!
Just checking back in here kind of late...it's January. The Warning Patreon discord channel chews up everything Warning related endlessly. I did not see anything negative about your interview with them. Everyone thought it was excellent. I am surprised to see you received negative comments. Must be the goat people.
On the best interview topic, it was easy to see you guys had done your homework. So many interviewers walk in cold. It's tedious hearing the same 3 questions asked every time.
Waffles with The Warning has over 20K Views .... you all did something right !
Best podcast ever! 🙊
*blushing

Thanks Kevin! That's what we want to hear
Ditto this. And the lack of haranguing was refreshing.
