I have done 5 months job ready program as a chef . Now rest of the job ready program can I do in Tasmania . And after that is there any possibility to get 190 Tasmania state nomination.
Australian singh Vlogs, you can certainly do that. But make sure you complete your 6 months with this employer first to qualify for stage 3 and can complete the remaining hours in Tasmania. You would qualify for 190 if you work in Tasmania for 6 months full time in your relevant occupation.

Madam, I have 190 PR-SA and planning to come for initial entry of Visa activation on Jan 2020. After initial entry I am thinking to go back to my present country of residence-Gulf, to continue my job until next 4.5 years and come back and continue stay permanently for next few years and so on(Due to some financial commitment, as I have no backup as of now). Is there any legal or Visa continuity issues apart from the RRV- Resident Return Visa, as I am thinking to extend my stay in Australia to 2 plus years on return from Gulf after the initial 4.5 years. Is there any issue about our future Citizenship applications and all due to this? Also should I need to pay Tax in Australia for the income from Offshore- As I am thinking it is ok for the sake of my PR Visa.? Thanks, Roy Raju
Roy Raj , you should make sure that you return before the expiry date on your visa. If you haven’t stayed in Australia for some time, then you are less likely to get the RRV for a longer duration as you would not be able to show much ties here
