So we love their stuff! We use the creamy mushroom soup at thanksgiving for the tradish casserole and have used chocolate & other flavors of pudding for pies and eating. The rolls and bread are awesome too!

Thank you for your content Phil! You've helped out so many of us out here with the daily struggle with food allergies. Helpful tip the next time you make bread: use both beaters in your mixer and round/smooth out the loaf before you let it proof/rise. That will eliminate those spikes you had in it.

11:06 with gluten free bread, you have to shape it and smooth it before it bakes. It’s not as forgiving as wheat bread.

as Craig said above, i’ve only made short form videos on it. They’re all on my Tiktok if you type “philhatesgluten eosinophilic esophagitis” they should come up. that being said, i’ll be making a long for TH-cam soon. In the meantime, I’d consult a Gastroenterologist in your area on treatment options!
