Hi, yes the MAF sensor does go in backwards on this, but I used the original maf housing after cutting off the maf housing on this intake piping. I really like the sound of it when flooring it
@@AMRZINE That's kinda what I was afraid of, but I'm not averse to doing a little cutting if it doesn't throw any codes. Is there any chance you can upload a short video of what it looks and sounds like now so that I can see your solution?
@@AMRZINE Perfect, much appreciated! Yeah i definitely don't want errors. I've even considered just staying stock to avoid it but I do want a deeper growl under the hood. Do you know if the neuspeed p-flo causes errors?
the one by neuspeed which fits my engine uses the original maf housing so would not cause errors, all the ones that are suitable for the ea888.1 engines i have seen tend to use the original maf housing as well.
Did you put a breather filter on? Or what did you do? My car stock intake doesn't have a breather. I don't know if i should cap it or add a filter
near the cone filter? i left it hanging where the existing pipework went. if yours does not have a breather, you can leave it open or put a filter on.
Do you got problem with your cold air intake? It feel like it make my car slower :O thanks
Not at all, makes no difference unless you remap the ecu
How did you like this? I'm considering one but I've seen reviews that the maf sensor will only go in backwards so I'm a bit hesitant

@@angeloadimauro I can do that, give me a day and I will upload. Without doing this it causes bank 1 lean errors which is not good

Does the MAF sensor go on backwards on the mk6 golf GTI or does it for correctly
i do not believe the MAF sensor goes on backwards on the GTI, if it did, the wrong readings will be had
is it even good, I'm looking to put an intake on my B9 Audi A4.
