    Buongiorno, vorrei sapere se dopo aver riempito i vasetti, questi, devono essere sterilizzati oppure capovolti o altro per poterli conservare a lungo ed evitare lo sviluppo di muffa. Grazie

    Non viene passato a bagnomaria oppure capovolti i vasi?X quanto si mantiene?

      Buonasera Pietro, non c'è bisogno di bagnomaria, si, i vasetti vengono capovolti fino a quando non si raffreddano completame. Io la conservo in cantina e mi dura anche un anno 🤗

      Hello.
      Take 1.3 kg of pitted cherries, 0.5 kg of sugar and ½ teaspoon of citric acid or the juice of one lemon. Leave the fruit with the sugar for about 10 minutes and then cook for about 10/15 minutes. Remove the cherries and continue to cook the syrup to the desired density. Then add the cherries and cook all together for about another 10 minutes. Everything is kept in sterilized and hermetically sealed jars.
