Donna. Thank you for your tutorials. I could watch you cut and sew all day long!! This placemat video is especially helpful; I'm not 'a quilter' but do like to sew and when I watch you make these lovely items, I'm thinking "maybe (just maybe) I can do that"! I have lots of scrap fabrics so will try some half square and quarter square blocks (just for practice).....maybe they will become pot holder/hot pads. If that works, I'm going to make a beautiful matching set like yours. Love what you do!!!

I love this - I found some gorgeous fabric yesterday that I forgot that I had and part of it was 5 inch squares - I plan to buy a little bit more fabric to go with it and make it into a quilt rather than placemats and a table runner!
