Just an FYI, there’s a retention pond on the side of the road that be caught three over 5, two over 6, and one over 8 lbs. the best to come from it is a verified 14 lb bass. On a 2-3 acre retention pond. My personal best came from a retention pond that’s about 8 acres. 12 lbs 5oz. Florida is nuts, and almost every lake with a ramp is highly pressured.
Underhill is a fun lake, best spot is on the other side though, better drops, depth, and grass

Man FL is a different world when it comes to bass.
I used to go to the absolute shit pond in the back of my neighborhood in Orlando and catch 20+ bass in a little over an hour. Mostly 2-3lbers but the pond had its 10lbers; it was a big pond. To fish there, you had to throw a smelly fluke out, let it sink, then leave it sit till you get the bite. If I didnt get a bit after a minute, I’d slightly move and let it sit longer. Worked every time in this pond lol. Lazy ass bass

If you ever pass through Jacksonville and have several hours, you'll have the time of your life on old pits that go from 2' to 50'+. Double digits all the time. Release only but the fish are there!

It's Lake Underhill, a small 'urban' lake east of downtown Orlando.
The jet is at Joe Kittenger Park on the west side of this small lake.

Fun video. Thank you. I live in the Midwest and ice is just coming off the water now that it is late March. Boat still in storage. Spent this Sunday afternoon pond hopping during a light rain. Used Google Map for finding hidden ponds. When dragging the boat to unfamiliar areas, I go to Google Map, Zoom in on an area and type in “boat ramp”. When I fish areas where ramps are not shown but I know it’s “good water”, I zoom in on the shoreline and scroll around. Found some very special spots. When I got to one primitive ramp in another State, only other truck/boat trailers were Fishing Guides. Money!!!

Lake Underhill has some giants in it! I dont frequent it though bc of the jetskis and party boats, way to small when you add that. Great video though! Lake Ivanhoe is another one that is great still in the middle of the city. I think Billy just got his PB on that lake not to long ago.

That was lake underhill it's a good place to fish next time u should try lake ivanhoe about 10 min away it gots four parts to it and it has big bass. Love watching your vids cant wait to see u take another win.
