  • Follow the directions in this video to learn the easiest way to rock’n roll (rock and roll) on a skateboard. I have a tip from Mitchie Brusco over at ‪@Skateiq‬ that really makes these easier and allows you to be ultra consistent with them. He’s the best, if you’re not already plugged into his channel, you should do so today!

Thanks. I actually get freaked out because the timing has to be really on. Rock to fakie is actually less scary for me I guess it's like some people are heelflip first some are kickflips first.

@@benoduartebd I feel you 100%! Rock to Fakie is easier for me too. I think it’s because I can see the front wheels clear the coping while coming back in… with this one there’s a lot of blind faith because you’re not looking at the front wheels you’re just committed to doing the movement and hoping it works out 🤞🏽. I would say to get over the mental hurdle, find the smallest quarter pipe that allows you to rock and do them there. I find these are really hard when the quarter pipe is too small and too mellow and you can’t actually get a nice rock. The rock gives you time and helps with the timing. Keep at it I know you can do this. 👊🏼🤙🏽 really appreciate you watching and commenting. Thank you so much.
