My first and second pregnancy i experience the same pain. I was going to physical therapy & chiropractor, wearing the belt plus lidocaine patches on my low back since I didnt get help until I could no longer walk. Just gave birth to my second & I mainly focused on chiropractor visits weekly & it truly helped me so much, as long as they are Webster certified, you will feel amazing, it might take 2-3 visits before you feel 100% but its worth it 😊
Congrats! Also having a second girl (in Nov) Trying to do the whole budget thing this time around in tracking what we buy, and avoiding unnecessary things!
Congratulations to you all. That is awesome. I highly suggest starting that sinking fund for the weddings NOW. LOL Our daughter is getting married in October. Not cheap! x 2, wow! Totally worth it though.
Yess! I've been doing dry needling with my PT which is similar to acupuncture. It has helped me a TON. Never thought a tiny needle in my backside would relieve my pain but hey. I'm diggin it.
*Sex, not gender. "Sex" is biological. "Gender" is a social construct. Please use proper terminology from now on! Also, I didn't watch the video, so not sure if you are already doing this or not, but please tell your older child that fetuses grow in uteruses, not tummies/bellies/stomachs. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends using proper terminology when speaking w/ children of any age, even in regard to private parts. Thanks!
@@violetagira5128 Nope! Not @ all. I was simply educating, unlike you. What's "sad" is snarkily responding to someone who was simply giving advice. You must not use proper terminology yourself. 🤷♀️ That is also "sad."
@@Tania_78sorry to break it to you but your comment was in fact rude and condescending and not kind at all. Especially the last part about what she should and should say to their older daughter. If you can’t recognize this as being rude and intrusive where you’re not invited to comment on, then shame on you.

Oh, Justine, this was a fantastic video. I totally thought you were going to have a boy, though. Congratulations!!!
Hi Justine
Oh gosh. It is hard. I was breastfeeding while pregnant. Breastfed 4 years and 2 years tandem.
Hi Justine, acupuncture might help and an ice roller which helped me but I am not pregnant.

Wow, relax lady. What a smart person you must think you are🤦♀️
@@violetagira5128 I mean, it IS smart to use proper terminology. What a rude person you are. I'd rather be smart than rude.
@@Tania_78 so you don't think your original comment came across rude at all? Sad!
