Barton straps, my respects! Their priority is customer satisfaction! In this time of pandemic I ordered straps from different companies including Barton. All got delayed, only Barton replied and offered a refund or another courier delivery with no extra charge. Just to check I asked for a refund and immediately I got a refund. Amazing! Other companies just used the excuse of covid 19 and don't even talk about a refund. For straps, only Barton!
if they made quality products, i would certainly go with them. they use crappy leather. genuine leather or at best top grain leather. i only wear full grain leather. hirsch is excellent, benchmark basics is pretty good.
@@louiscyfer6944 I have one hirsch strap and it is pretty amazing. I use it on my seiko. It looks nice but not so comfortable. Recently i bought a rubberb strap and I must say it is pretty cool.
@@Jsmashfq hirsch is full grain leather, takes a little while to break in. mine are very comfortable. also depends on which strap.

I just got a handful and I am LOVING it. The spring bars are sturdy and when pulling down the little pin to fit the straps they are nice and positively stiff and also the silicone straps are absolute perfection.

I just received a couple leather bands for my Seiko SRPB43. Just perfect. Excellent value for the money. Barton makes great quality products. The quick release is just a very nice bonus.

Yeah, I really like Barton straps. I have a 20 mm red canvas quick release Barton strap on my Spinaker 38 mm Cahill and it looks great and is very comfortable.

Side note between hamilton and seiko. The crystal reflection on hamilton is nasty compared to how low reflectivty of the seiko's crystal.

How sold are the pins? Has the band ever broken off?
I've been wearing the leather strap with quick release spring bars on my Hamilton watch lately and they feel very secure. I've never had a problem with the strap coming off the watch and I've given them some strong tugs to test the retention. I feel confident in it.
Are the buckle and loop on the natos just glued and not stitched?
That's correct.
Not very satisfied with Barton straps, first their Nato Nylon started to peal off the first minute, now it looks horrible just after one week of wearing. I ordered two leather ones as well, one beautiful marine blue which is nice but not the same color as one on their website, also the stitching is not the same, they use much thinner stitching compared to their website photos.. All in all their straps are not nearly as good as described. I understand they do not cost much, but still.
Not sure if it is just me, I have few hand made straps that look and feel magnificent, maybe I expect too much.
just go to amazon and buy exactly same strap for half price or even less, barton customer service is also not that good.
I don't know $40 for a strap is "luxury".
The products are great, but their customer service, if you have an issue, sucks,BIG TIME!!!
