People keep going on about the drums on this album, yes they are very highly produced, but if you've seen them live or seen live clips and playthroughs you'll know that the drummer can still play all of the songs with complete accuracy. These guys are really talented musicians (and my favourite band) I think people discredit them too much for having high production, even though most bands of a technical nature use very high production anyway.
The sound of the kick drum is so unnatural and compressed it sounds obnoxious. Honestly sounds like if a small guitar youtubers made a midi background drum programming for a video and just threw the raw track in the video without mixing it before. Sometimes you crave high standard production so much it actually ends up going the other way around.
This band sucks. Yeah, they can play well but the songwriting is terrible and their music is boring. I've never heard good deathcore in my life unfortunately
